Weight loss is nothing that will do away in a snap. I am so proud of myself and i have gotten my 4th boyfriend this year at my school I gotta tell you it is great. But even if your big that shouldnt stop you from going and hanging out with your friends, or saying you cant wear a bikini because as fat as i was, I did and it felt so great so if you all really want to give up the sugar and mcd's and excersie 5 times a week for only 30 minutes and tell me if that dosent work. yesterday I asked someone out and they turned me down because they said i was too fat. I'm only 160 lbs and my mom and dad say that i'm not. And were starting to showwer in school and i have a lot of stretch marks but i thought all girls got stretch marks around their boobs and stuff. I have a question we start to shower in p.e next week and I want to know if the other girls look and make fun of you if your fat, plus do you think I am fat 160 lbs and 5'7

I am overweight and i am tired of it i eat right and i exercise all the time i twirl baton and dance. I make sure i don't eat to many sweets. I am tired of boys looking me other as a overweight girl i weigh 140 and i can't get pass that weight i just stay at that weight. So how do i loose the weight if i am exercising and eating right? Can you please help me ? I don't want my body parts to hurt when i do things. I just want to loose weight healthy and smart but nothing has worked!!

Help! Ive got a weird shape and i need to lose weight, i weigh 11 stone, and ive got a flat and slim stomach,then ive got a huge bum and thighs, with skinny calfs. When i say huge bum, i mean huge, i get teased because it sticks out so much. How can i lose weigh on my thighs n bum, and not scarifice my flat slim stomach? (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

I'm like very upset w/ A LOT of the people on this board. You are congratulating yourselfs for losing weight when you barely eat. News flash, Tyra Banks and Beyonce' Knowles don't even do that!!! You can lose weight and look good w/o even starving yourselfs! Its a waste to even come on here if what I say or do doesn't effect anyone and everyone wants to get skinny so they can wear a bikini! Its retarded, and very annoying.

hey you guys i dont understand why everyone gets offended when someone who is not over weight is on this site and is trying to lose weight because the way i see it they are either preventing obesity or trying to go from obesity to a normal weight. i am no longer over weight its really just the last twenty pounds. but i see people over reacting all the time ...

Oh my, my friend (she doesn't go to this site) lost 30 pounds in 3 months! Amazing, huh. Well her computer is like *bleh* (broke) so she told me to tell you what she did. So excited, as usual LOL! Ok, this is what you do. Plan 3 simple meals (cheak calories, you will know wut is good and bad, i think everyone knows that *haha). Try to avoid the junk food and all those tempting yummies. For snacks eat fresh fruit, never eat can fruit (too much sugar). Excersise an hour a day, trendmill, running, anything that has to do with moving your body (everyone knows that, thats why it is called excersising!LOL) Exercising videos are good too, like everyone recommends Weight Watchers. I'll ask if there is anything else she wants to tell but if ya need to ask ques. be free to ask! ^.~ always happy to help!

Hey everyone. I lost 3 pounds in a week! I'm so happy, my aunt has this work out room in her house and it is full of cool stuff. I think the trendmill is best for losing weight because i spent most of my time on it. Plus its better because the cold outside doesn't get to ya, you have the heater! LOL. Well c ya.
