okay so im goining weight watchers tomorrow and im going to only eat 20 points a day i weight like 145ish and i might be 5'4 or 5'5.. and i used to run alot but since its winter its so cold but i think i might just suck it up and run and lift light weight and if its snowing il do like yoga or tea bo.. does that sound good.. but final goal is 115.. and that how much my sis weights and were the same height and shes 17 so thats my goal.. i want to reach it by june 1 does anyone think i can do it.. ? PLEASE COMMENT!

I know this is kinda wierd...But does anyone else have a "fat roll" on their arm? I DO. Its terrible and gross looking. I cnt wear short sleve shirts!!!! I have a concert in the end of may the the dresses have short selleves what can i do to fix my arms??????? HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Can someone please raply to my post's a few posts down from this one!! But besides that is cheese healthy? Ive been eating colby jack cheese as a small snack lately. It has NO SUGAR, 9 grams of fat and 7 grams of protein.

Hey everyone! I started my "new lifestyle" today. For breakfast i had 1 bowl special K low carb (only kinda remotly healthy cereal in my house) and some grapes.i ate breakfast at noon so it was kinda lunch too. Between lunch and dinner i had 5 small pieces of colby jack cheese and for dinner i had what my mom made which was meatballs, fruit, rice and 2 buscuts. I also drank 8 glasses of water and lifted weights and did alot of stationary bike. Is this a good day???? I feel good.

hey everyone. Im NOT on a low carb diet im not on any kinda diet except an eat healthy no sugar diet. But the onyl kinda remotly healthy cereal that is at my house is special K low carb cereal. It has 3 grams of fat,230mgs potassium, 8 net carbs,2 grams sugar and 10 grams protein. Is that healthy??? i Usually dont eat breakfast, but im gunna start ebcuase iv eheard it helps u burn fat better. Is this an healthy cereal?????Also...I satrted my diet this moring (im home sick from school) For breakfast i had 1 small bowl of special K cereal and now im having some grapes. Is this good???

Oh ya and another thing. I sometimes hear questions like. "How do I get rid of stretch marks?" And I jsut bought cocoa butter cream yesterday. (palmers). And it said on the back that it was great for stretch marks. So if you have them and need a product, it wont hurt to try palmers cocoa butter. Its in a jar and costs 5 bucks! You can get it at your locas CVS or wallgreens or w/e

Well todayi started the atkins diet.. i bought one-a-day carb pills.. im 145 and 5'4 and my goal is 120.. this morning i ate an egg white with 2%cheese and 2 small slices of candian stle bacon.. and for lunch im having a small salad with feta cheese only and ranch dressing.. i duno what im going to have for dinner but does that sounds good for today so far..? thanks and also please comment and tell me if you think i can do it.. and how long you think it will take..

I really need to loose 15lbs ina month ,this month i've already lost 3lbs but if any of you lost 15lbs in a month it help if you could tell me how, also if you are taking an appitite suppresent and your not hungry and dont eat does that count as starving yourself?

Hello. I've posted on here before, but I never got much of a response when I did awhile back, and on top of that, my diet ended up not working out at all. I'm not a very active person, I work 10:45pm to 6:45am so it makes me tired durring the day, thus I get nothing done. I'm 5'8 1/2'' and weigh just around 235, what can I do that doesn't really include excersizing that will help me lose weight? What can I eat? I drink alot of those "Propel water" things, like, constantly...and dropping soda isn't much of a problem since I don't like it anyways, but I don't eat much at all...maybe a bowl of cereal in the morning...if I do this and eat salad for lunch and a snack at night (since I work and am not sleeping then) will that really make all the difference? And if I eat salad, are croutons okay? And does my salt intake really matter all that much if I drink alot of water? Thanks :)

Hey guys. I'm 115 lbs right now. So all in all I've lost 32 lbs. I am so close to my goal weight range and I'm very excited. My goal weight range is 110-113 lbs. ( I'm only 5'2" ) So two more pounds and I'm there. I just wanted to let all of you know, you can do it. I use to think I couldn't but I did. I posted a message a while ago about how I did it and such but I don't think too many people listened because I still see people set time limits for themselves and other things. The ones that did listen...I know you will get there. My parents are sending me to modeling school once I reach my goal weight and quit smoking. Two of which are the biggest goals of my life right now. I've always wanted to be a model and I actually think It's going to happen. I will however, if I make it as a model, will not lose anymore weight because I'll be at my goal weight and I'm going to be who I am, I don't want to look anorexic ...I want to look beautiful.
