Alrighty.......Well i started off my day by waking up at 6:00 and running/walking on the tredmil for 30 minutes then when i came home from school i had like 2 scoops of noodles then a salad a piece of bread and a bananna then i had to hel my friend work the fish fry and i did alot of exercising there cuz i had to wait on people and clean up after everyone so it was alot of walking and stuff and i had som curly fries and water and when i came home i had a banannaWas this good???

There are some discrepancies out there about losing weight around the back of your hips right above the gluteous maxiumus (aka your butt.) While sufficent wieght lose can be aquired in that area, some fat will remain as a protection to your kidneys. Just thought that I would clear that up.

i'm overweight, i stoped weigning myself when i got to 185lb. i cant stand myself. i can't look in the mirrior when i take a bath. sometimes i think about starving myself but i know that doesn't work. i really want to just be normal. i looked up what my helthy body weight sould be for my height and it told me between 97-124lbs i'm so far away from that. i dont' want to be thin just happy and loved. i've never had a boyfriend and i can't stand to approch guys in that way. i don't eat poorly. i cut out all snack foods soft drinks increased my water intake and i'm trying to start running but i just feel hopeless. some times i get suisidal when i see my skiny friends and there boyfriends. can anyone help me please? anything you can say would be appreciated.

hey im going to start the atkins diet my doctor okayed it.. and my goal weight is 120.. im 5'4 and weight 145 right now.. tomorrow im going to eat an egge white omlete with ham and cheese and 2 pices of bacon.. and for lunch tuna fish with mayo.. and dinner a small salad with feta cheese and chicken.. and if im hungrey later that night im going to have 2 pieces of bacon or a string cheese.. im also going to work out for 1.5 hours 6 days a week.. im only eating 20 carbs.. im going to do this diet for 2 weeks and see hwat my results are.. can you guys please commetn tell me if it will work and how mcuh i could lose if i stick with it and do not cheat... thanks soo much!!!

i have a question... ok, whats with the buddy thing? what do buddies do? I mean, what can a buddy do for you that this site cant? Im not critisizing or anything, im curious. Whats the deal? Cuz ppl are constantly posting asking for a buddy, and its getting a tad bit annoying... Along with the constant posts that dont have anything to do with this site at all, like shout outs and random comments about bands and music, im ranting, i know, but PLEASE STOP, its so annoying to come to this board looking for some support or good ideas, and most of the new posts are worthless! This site never said, "You cant come here if your almost at your goal". I do not think hearing people with there small goals is discouraging. I can understand how really overweight people might feel, but we can all look past that. It can show people that there own goal is possible. Now, I totally understand the people who just came here, are 5'9'', and weigh 110 and want to be 100...thats another story. But, no one is making fun of anyone here. We are all here to help each other, give tips, ask questions and motivate each other. Honestly..this site helped me a lot, taught me so many tricks and I love coming on it and reading posts and trying to help people. So lets all get along because we ARE here for the same reason.

this site has been making me very upset lately. girls who weight less than 130 and are 5'4"-5'5" and what to get to 110-120 are coming on this site. please pleeeease understand that this site is for overweight people. now- i do understand that people who have been on this site for a long time since they were overweight and are just nearing the end of thier weightloss journey. they don't make me uipset. it's the girls that are just getting here and have no weight problem WHAT-SO EVER and it's ALLL IN THEIR HEADS who make me so angry and make me feel so horrible about myself because they're interfereing with the only place i though i could come and talk to people who actually know where i'm coming from and exchange advice. this is for overweight people to lose weight not a few vanity pounds- if you're only here to lose a couple vanity pounds then there are tons of sites for you- but please stop coming here...

Has anyone tried the cornflake diet? You have two bowls of cereal a day and one proper meal and your supposed to lose 6lbs at least in two weeks.

hey im vikki i weigh 187 and am 5'2 i have very wide hips big butt and stomach my mom thinks its because of me being latino but i know that the weight i am is extremly obeise if you know any good diet and exercise plans let me know what they are thanks and good luck to all
