Hey okay, I am the SAME weight as a week ago, when I've been eating extreamly healthy and exercising a ton. Its not muscle gain...I checked. I've been eating 1200 cals a day and exercising 6 times a week about 1 to 2 hours each time. Does anyone know what gives? I'm kinda fusterated and I WONT GIVE IN! I just want to finish this diet off, its so hard.

Hi. I'm 5 foot 5.25 inches tall and 126 pounds. I know that I'm not overweight but I was just wondering if someone could explain to me about the percentiles for both weight and height. (They confuse me.)I'm in the 77th percentile for height and the 74th percentile for my weight. Are my weight and height percentiles supposed to match up? One of the women that my mom works with said that they're supposed to. Is that true?

the basketball season is over at my school, and my cardio is going to go down a lot. i really don't have the time to run around now that basketball is over. my mother generally gives me a lot of extracurricular activities like piano and art to keep me busy. i need to find some workouts that i can do fast and efficiently. ionly have about thirty minutes for excercise every day. i would also like to know if anyone has any stregth training regimens that don't include weight. (my mom doesn't apporove of them, don't ask me why). i have been eating quite well, but all through basketball i haven't lost a single pound. i still weigh aroung 160 pounds. i'm 5"2. it really bothers me because i train for 1 1/2 hours twice a week. i have P.E. twice a week for the same time. that means i excercise officially for 6 hours a week. then i do push ups, tricep dips, squats, and lunges in my spare time, or... My mom is going to get me winsor pilates on good friday! Will it help my stomach and other places b/c I need to know! My stomach is my most self conscious part of my body, I h8 it! But my other problem areas aren't as bad! Thanks for the help!

Hi everyone. I really don't get this website because we came here to ask for advice and to loose weight. Why when I see comments from people to other people they critize and tell them to go away and never come back. I know this site is for overweight kids (like me LOL, I'm 147) but still you shouldn't be mean to ppl like that. Well anywayz I have a couple of questions. waz up!!! my biggest problem is when I come home from school I feel like if a haven't ate for a week I try not to brake my healthy eating but the longer i wait is worse because I end up OVEREATING late at night.NEED HELP if you have some advices or activities that I can do to not think about food PLEASE let me know.it would be very helpful.

Hay guys I want to curve a diet which I can stick to everyday even when I am happy with my wieght. For breakfeast I have two pieces of toast with juice. But for lunch is what I have the questions. I have 3 pieces of chicken strips, 5 potatoe wedges, and a water. Is that ok? Then after school I have golf practice for 2 hours (im not the best but im getting better.lol.)and when I play golf I walk all 9 holes. Then for dinner I usually have grilled chicken with a small seving of potatoes or salad. Thnx for the help.

i think i may have binge eating disorder. im obsessed with food and am depressed about my figure despite lossing 48lbs. i havent lost any in months because i keep binging. can anyone help or does anyone feel the same?
