Hey peeps!! I just wanted to know if I did ok today because I am curious. ok...Breakfast-oatmeal, banana=280 cals(about) Lunch-ham sandwich(no mayo, mustard instead), fruit cup, hi c juice box=400 cals (about) Snack-grapes, triscuts=210 (about) Dinner-lots of asperagus (YUM!!!!), little bit of mashed potatoes, roast(meat)=400 cals (about). That added up to about 1290 cals, in the range of 1200 and 1500. So i had veggies and yummy fruit. How do you guys think i did???? THANKZ!!! GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!!! ~jenn

Jasmine here! Did you know sweating makes you sweat? Well I saw in the magazine that if you wear big sweaters while sleeping at night, you will loose weight. Well in my opinion I think maybe it can be a prob. because what happens if you get a fever or since there is so much heat you get sick (in a way) i tried it out and it makes you sweat all right but when I woke up my head is a little bit hot. Keep leaving message. I believe in you. God loves you for who you are thats why he made everyone different. He made everyone for a purpose, and I believe that too. I lost 4.4 pounds this week! I was so excited! I didn't do a miracle diet or excersize, in fact, I ate a whole bunch, and didn't excersize hardly at all! But there is a six letter word, and that is why. So, this week, I am going to eat healthily and excersize a lot!!! I hope everyone else had a good week!

Hey people. I started a diet. I'm doing good on it and all I mean I lost 3 pounds last week, but I don't know what I should work out with. I mean i'm doing 50 crunches, 50 sit ups, and 20 push ups befoure bed and I do about 100 jumping jacks a day. Should I do more work outs?

Hey everyone! I'm kind of new to this site but I really want to help. My aunt always tell me it is nice to help others. Right? Well I am 140 and I use to be 163. My friends would always think of me as a big doughnut but I ignore them because in my mind i hear a little voice that says "Think postitive." Well I just ate healthy and take a dance class. Hi I sydney and i weigh 160, I'm like 5'5'' and I am working out everyday with a resistance band which I can tell I am gradually toning up (I'm proud)but my diet I think maybe slowing me down a bit from reaching my goal...what do you think?
