hey im 5"6.5 and weigh 200 pounds!!!! i gained 20 since december i gained 10 form holidays then i broke my shoulder a month and a half ago and i have been doing nothing and i gained another 10!!!! PLZ HELP ME i wanna get down to 160 buy summer around august or september or even down to 170-175 i just wanna be at least 160 by november. plz help me with my eating plans and exercise plans!!! Hey everybody. How are you? I think that instead of everyone going to this website should start going outside an excersise instead of sitting on your butt and trying to figure out more. The key to weight loss is to go and excersise and eat 3 healthy meals a day and it dosent take a genius to know that. I mean it's not hard. I made my goal and I am so happy. I used to weight 197 pounds, then all I dod was give up ALOT of my favorite foods like soda i gave up mcd's 2. Did u know that u can gain a pound just by it? But even if your big that shouldnt stop you from going and hanging out with your friends, or saying you cant wear a bikini because as fat as i was, I did and it felt so great so if you all really want to give up the sugar and mcd's and excersie 5 times a week for only 30 minutes and tell me if that dosent work. i already ate 2000 calories and i just cant stop eating i think were ordering pizza tonight so that will be 1000 more calories what should i do i want to be skinny so i could wear a bakini in the summer. i know this is totally of the topic but does any 1 heard of the all american rejects? they were a really great rock band and i was just wondering if any 1 knows if they split up cuz you dont hear any songs of theirs on the radio. if you know please let me know thanks

today i did good....so far...i have had, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 suasage, 2 mini poppy seed muffins, 5 blackberry chicken nugget things from whole foods(i dunno..they sound weird but tast really good) fresh fruit, some type of salsa dip and like 10 chips or so...so i am proud of myself! i have been working out alot to lately yay!! (5.4, 146lbs) 11lbs to go!!

heres what i have had to day (the morning was bad) breakfast: a bowl of cereal with skim milk then it went bad three small chocolate eggs you know the dove kind and then two pieces of bacon. lunch: some pretzels, salad and cheese im gonna eat some fruit after ive digested my lunch and dinner im not sure what im having yet any suggestions? if so please share.

Hey guys, guess what! I've lost 13 lbs so far, from 163.5 to 150.5 (I'm 5'7 3/4'') Now I really am in the healthy weight zone, I was at risk for being overweight before. All I did was stop eating when I was bored, and fidget ALL the time. I bounced my legs, twisted in my seat, all the extra calories add up. That didn't replace my normal exercise though, just added on to it. Try fidgeting, its hard at first, but it becomes a habit and it really good. Good luck!
