ok, i know i said i wasnt going to weigh myself till easter, BUT i just did today, and i havent lost anything!! Ive totally cut out soda, only drinking milk and water, and i havent been eating meat for Lent, plus iv cut way back on the chocolate. Anyway, this past week i was at my "mid-stay" camp with peeps i havent seen in over 5 months, and it was awesome! I see them all again in 3 months, so my goal is to get in shape by then. It will be summer by then too. Really my focus is on muscle, more so then losing weight. Like i have already got a few cute shirts with no sleeves for warm weather--good motivation. So LOTS of work outs, bball, running, and really all i will do for my diet is cut out soda, and juice now too, cuz i hear thats as bad as soda sugar wise, and no chocolate, i think i can handle it! I am hoping to loose about 20 lbs my june! wish me luck!

Hey guys! How are you all doing? Well I'm in school right now! And I should be studying for an english quiz but oh well! This site is better then any ole english quiz. So anyways, I just found out im going to Las Vegas next week, from the 17th to the 21st. Does anyone know if its really sunny and warm there? I feel as though my diet is going well too. I havent weighed myself in about 2 weeks. I feel more toned and better. I have been taking these SAFE pills to curb your appitite. My problem is that I'm always hungry. So I take a pill twice a day and I have been hungry and I havent had a craving for a long time now. Its great. I know, many people dont support pills here but if you are interested then let me know and I'll email you the brand. (its NOT a metabolism boosting, rapid weight loss pill.) It just curbs your appitite so you dont have cravings. And let me tell you. I'm a huge chocolate, cake, cookies, icecream fan. And I don't even think about those things anymore. Oh I love cheesecake too! And brownies.

Hey guys, its been a while since ive posted i havent been very serious since ive lost 20 pounds and am trying to get back on track yesterday i ran 4 miles w. my sis and she pushed me to keep running we ran 3 miles and im so happy she did that for me! well anyways i have softball everyday on in about 5 days im going to flordia for spring break. i have a bikini but am still gonna try to lose weight down there me and my sis are going running every day...good luck yall

I miss you all, I got away from the computer for a few months. I was at 165 when i 1st came to this site last year. Now i'm down to 145. Last week i began YOGALATES. (yoga + pilates)....I feel stressfree, my stomach a little tighter, more arm strength, and i just feel great...So i advise Yogalates, becuz its a wat to lose weight and relax and FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF :)

Hello all. Hope your weight loss plan is going great. Hay have any of you tried weight training and how does it help with fitness. Since I know you don't loss weight with wieght lefting but you gain muscle. And I have places on my body which has chunks of fat and I think wieght training is right to turn it into muscle. If anyone has wieght lefting ideas and tips please help me. Since I want to buy a bench press and I am taking wieght training next school year.

wow. i dont know how i did it but last night when i weighed myself it was 145 today it was 140 i ate light for once and exercised, i plan to lose 20 more by summer starting tommorrow i am walking in the morn, and eating light and drinking strictly water i am hoping to look good in a bikini this summer for my boyfriend good luck all

hi, i just wanna say congrats to everyone for keepin up there dieting/exercising! i no u can all do it...i have a BIG problem...im going to florida (live in uk) in 10 days with and my m8 is comin but im just sooooooooo fat!!! i weigh 9 stone and 13lbs and wear a size 12/14!!! i wanted to be 8 1/2 stone by the time i went on holiday but it has just come round soooo quick its untrue! my friends is just so skinny, she has the perfect body, flat stomach and everything...she keeps saying she is fat but she ant and it always put me down and i feel horrible... i have been stuggleing with my weight for about 6 years!!! and i used to weigh 10st 8 lbs...but im still fat and it dont look like i have lost ne weight...the trouble is that bcos we r going on holiday and we will be sun bathing all the time and at the beech and swimming...i no it im just gonna feel like a beach WHALE!!! i hate my body... Tomorrow is weigh in at weight watchers(great)! I don't think I did too well. Last week I wore jeans to the weigh in and tomorrow I am gonna wear shorts and a tank top! lol. I will get back on track the next week and lose like 4 pounds. I am going to try and start running. My normal workout plan is going to the gym for an hour and a half. (like 45 min on a bike, 20 min or more walking and the rest lifting weights) Does anyone have any more suggestions. I am going to get pilates sometime soon. Has anyone tried that yet? Just need to know!!!

today i did really bad...2 french toast, pb and j, pringles, 1 brownie, a couple of chips and bean dip, 3 scoops of icecream, a piece of a banana, some 5 layer dip stuff and chips....i need to get back on track! i am going to go play tennis right now! ne tips...plz share! thank ya!
