by just dancing in my room help.. i started a good eating plan.. i just don't know what exercise to do with it.. i turn on this great mix i made with remix and dance club music. it's really good to dance.. i don't know if thats good or what i should add to it. if you have any suggestions i'd really appreciate it. thanks ! <3

Please, enough with the tips already!!! I know your trying to help and all, and thats great, but your really coming off like a know it all, and that can get a tad annoying. So please, if you would Marylin, if you want to help somebody respond to other peoples posts and help them, if anyone has a question they will post it here, thats what this site is for. Don't take this as an invitation to fight, cause I'm not trying to get into an argument, but I think I'm not the only one here thats starting to get annoyed. Thanks.

I cant diet I think I want to just not eat...nothing elese seems to work. Because I was reading a post from a girl named aime that said she only ate one meal a day and she lost 6 pounds. Plus I would rather be REALLY skinny then REALLY fat wouldnt you? If anyone has done this before can you please tell me about it...thanx

I'm SO proud of myself! I did a 3 mile walk video, and I ate healthy! For breakfast, I had oatmeal and carrots. For lunch, a california roll. Snacks I had carrots. I'm SO determined to change my lifestyle. It's not just about losing weight, it's about living normally. Before, I'd finish a whole box of oreos before bedtime...and I'd be unable to sleep because my heart's beating so fast. I know I can do it! ~*Kendra*~

Hey, ive just found the best breakfast ever. have a serving of yogurt, any flavor, with a serving of this stuff called bran buds. (yeah, sounds gross, but its not bad, it makes the yogurt crunchy and its kinda got a nutty flavor. and it keeps me full until lunch. have an orange w/ it for xtra fiber. It has tons of fiber, protein and calcium

Tip #4 The key to dieting isnt really dieting! you really shouldnt diet, just go on and change some of the things that you eat! have a tuna sandwhich instead of a cheeseburger, and drink juice instead of soda, and also lower your portions, like have 1 cup of cereal instead of 2 cups that is all of the tips that i have for today! you guys dont really lke my tips do you? no one ever replys to it when i have them out! well that is it! bye!

hey every one im gonna start running a mile every morning before i go to school and take a shower, and also i run a minimum of two miles a track practice a day and a max of 8. my coach said i need to eat more protein and carbs but i dont know any healthy ones. do you guys id really appreciate the help thanks ~helen~

Tip #3: The key of excersise is to have fun! Never do any form of excersise that is so BORING because then you wont stick to it! if you go jogging, go with a friend and have a race, go dancing, go swimming make it fun! well this is better i have been being more active the last couple of days now i got to start on eating healthier my best friend that i havent seen for 2 years came over saturday and well she is very skinny she looks anerxic and she said that she will be like my weight loss buddy i will just call her and stuff and tell her how im doing wit my weight.. anywaysim inbetween 160 - 170 my goal is about 120 lbs right now im going to be more active and eat healthier any sites (besides this one) that will helP? i already made up a exercise thing, its kinda stupid but i hope it works and that i stick to it. good luck everybody!!
