hey. There'es this diet, if you go to like sadkihn.com or something like that. I duno, anyway I did it and it works. It's kinda strange but it really worked 4 me.

i have got four weeks to lose as much weight as possible. i know that i could lose about one and a half stone in this time becuase my mum did it on a detoxing diet and it was healthy and her skin and hair look much better for it. i just cant do something as strict as that because i have got skool and also i work at the weekends all day and food like this isnt available. i was thinking about cutting my calories to 1000 per day and exercising 300 of them off. will this help me lose weight in four weeks???? i want to loe at least a stone!!! thank you xxxx (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

for those of you who said cheerleading wasnt a sport obviously dont know my coach or my school...we run 2 miles a day and run stairs and are timed...our 1st mile has to be under 7 minutes and we arent aloud to walk any of it, we do 12 min abs everyday and tumble...our lowest tumbling skill is a roundoff back handspring and the coach that i have has won nationals and gotton high point and 1st place at every competition....no one on the squad is fat or even chubby...im 140 lbs and am 5'6 but my chest is 36 my waist is 27.5 and my hips/butt is 37...i dont think people should say its not a sport if they cant do ANY of the stuff we do...

ok i'm 5'5 and i weigh 230 pounds, i am so sad right now, on a average day i eat now about 1,000 calories a day. I burn about 500 when i go to karate and cardio on some days of the week, but i REALLY like this one guy who is smaller than me, and i can tell he likes me, would he like me if i were smaller, or do guys care about what you look like?? small or large? i've lost 5 pounds in the last month but it's going soooo slow!i'm trying my best!

this day i had one bowl of cereal, a low calorie instant breakfast drink, and a 6 inch chicken sub from subway...plus 2 glasses of juice and water...is that good?? i had 3 hours of cheerleading and we ran 20 laps of stairs...

if i ran on a treadmill for ten minutes a day did 100 pushups 150 situps and only ate 1000 calories a day do you think i could loose 20 pounds by the end of january.also i herd that situps could make muscle under your fat and just make your stomach look bigger. does any1 know if thats true

ok, Ive finally found a good workout that I will try and stick with. Its Pilates. I have done it before, and it really does work, so now Im gonna do it again. Before, i was only doing it to toneup, but now i need to loose weight. So wish me luck!! PS- My birthday is on Wednesday! Ill be 17! Oh and my overall goal is to loose something like 40-50lbs by next June!!

hello everyone well so far i have 5 people in my little diet group thing and well...we still dont have a plan lol...but this is what im doing: eating only 3 good meals of food, drinking a gallon of water and working out for 20 minutes twice a day...well see how this works out...and ima gonna be outa town to LA soon and yeah i dont know how ima gonna work out over there...

during the weekend i eat normally and dont really worry ab food and i end up having like a sandwich and snack for lunch no breakfast and a hamberger and fries or something for dinner but during the weekday i have cheerleading everyday so i wake up and have cereal (1 bowl) then drink an instant breakfast (low cal) for snack and for lunch i have like a power bar or veggies then for dinner i have some more veggies with dip....
