I'm 17 and i weigh 197 and i'm only 5'4. I really need to go on a diet. I'm thinking about weight watchers or atkins. I have the willpower its just i need a plan ...any suggestions?

well, im still 5ft 160 my mom said when i was dieting ( on fruit and veggie and exersiseing a lot more) i was loosing weight in my stomach and it looked like it to. but tonight she said that it looks like im getting bigger and gaining the weight back that i lost :( !!!! im going to go back on fruit and veggie probably on monday and have a fresh start i need to get out and exerise some more and stop being lazy im going to get to 115 lbs i hope i really need and want to loose this weight wish me luck! and good luck everybody on there weight loss :)
