am doing great with weight watchers and all and I see the inches comming off. But I am haveing one proublem. The inches are comming off my stomach. Ok my problem is that i gain 5-10 everytime my period comes on and it stays how can i get rid of it? i drink water and even jog nothing is working i don't want to go over 200 pounds and now i'm at 190

Since i can't do excersise for like the next 4 days cuz of my wisdom teeth and your not supposed to do much except for take it easy , do you think i'll beokay if its only that long if i stick to my 1200 / day calorie diet? OR will i gain? sicne thats how much i was eatting but i was excersizing too?

OMG!!!!! I lost weight! I can't believe it. Well I didn't check on the scale but like i didn't wear anything but pajamas all weekend and i was working out and stuff and then when i put my clothes on they are all more loose! I love it. I am getting thinner but i want some muscle i know it won't be easy but i am gonna do all i can do!

Hey Guys. I am not really on a diet right now but I am eating better than I normally do, but, I feel like crap b/c I never lose any weight and I just want to give up again, cave in and eat some food. It just feels like I have done this so many times and I am just tired of making all these plans, I'll start tommorow, I'll lose 20 pounds this summer..etc.. any tips or ANYTHING would be appreciated.

hey you guys really helped me when i posted yesterday, well..today i think i did do better. I had honey comb for breakfast (not th best, but "low fat" and low cal) and for lunch i had a subway sandwich and a peach, and for a snack i had a banana,and for dinner im gonna have pot roast and corn bread. I walked one mile, and i had basketball for 1 1/2 hours. how doe this sound?

I lost three pounds in the last week which is good. But i really want to lose some more weight in my thighs. Like I lose weight in my stomach but not my thighs. Is there any things i can do besides run? I want to lose 5 more pounds before thanksgiving is that good? And what whould i have to do to lose five pounds untill then

hey..i think i did pretty good today! tell me though...breakfast-cinnamon toast crunch cereal, lunch-cafeteria chicken nuggets, orange juice, and green beans,snack-banana, toast, dinner-turkey otool at bennigans (kinda bad, but turkey on pretzel bun with cheese) then i had 2 cookies from subway with milk. but i played a bbaksetball game for 32 mins, and i didnt sit out the whole game..so how is this?
