ok this summer i went from about 145 to 125 and now im back up to 135! this summer i watched very cosely what i ate and then i lost it all so guess i was just like ok whatever so my eating habbits have turned hoorible! and im afraid if i dont do anything im just going to keep on gaining! but it is SOOOO hard to get into the habbit of being on a diet!!

When I started my weight loss process I thought I would be able to run everyday but I don't think that is possable. I have so many AP classes and farm work I don't think I have time to run. Do you think I can lose 15 lbs by just farm work, walking 30 minutes, and simple food modifications.

Hey basketball is off to a great start and I am so happy because in the last week I have lost 2 pounds and have had a better eating habits and I am glad for myself and I hope I can be 175 by the end of the month wheich is only 4 pounds seeing as I am 179 YAY I can not weight till then and I hope I can keep up the good work and be 165 by january first but I am not goin to get ahead of myself so I am goin to slowly and carefully loose the weight I want to. What do you guys think am I doin good and d you think it is possible to loose 4 pounds by the end of this month I do but I am not sure? Also anyone who wants to giv me any advice that has worked for them is more then welcome but right now I am going to keep doing what I am doing and see if it keeps working it is prolly all the basketball I am doing that is helping me loose the weight that I want to loose. My whole life I always been considered chunky. Like no one has ever called me fat but for once I dont wanna be chunky I wanna be pretty slim and hot. Im seeing my family December 9th. Is there anything I can do till then to lose 10 pounds. I mean should I just eat salads and drink water? HELP ME

sorry that i just did not write this one the other post but it just came to my mindwell I am getting 4 of my molers(i think that is what you call them in spanish they are called muelas)and that same day they are going to put braces on me. so my cousin said that i would not be able to eat alot of things like hot cheetos(my favorite) and it's going to be like 3 days before christmas(in which I eat a lot) so mabey I might lose a couple of pounds. My other cousin lost like a whole buch of w8 because the dentist told her not to eat a lot candy and stuff that are like hard. what do you guys think do you think that i might lose a little w8. and again is anyone from Milwaukee,Wisconsin

I need to change my exercises but i don't know what to do me and my friends have been going to parties and dancing and i know that is good for you but there aren't gonna be anymore parties until summer and all and Ive been doing some walking but what else can i dop.s. i don't like to go to the gym

Guys my goal point is for February I want to be down to 140lbs and then all I would need to lose is 20 lbs by May and that wouldn't be too difficult

Hmm.. i dont understand, i got my wisdom teeth out on monday, so for a week i haven't really been aable to eat solid foods, but i've had SO much low fat ice cream, fudgesicles, yogurt, cool whip.. lol etc, .... and anyway so up to 1200 or more cals per day which is what I was usually having, but i was excersizing too!! anyway i haven't been able to excersize this entire week becuase of it , i've been eating more or the same, and i've been lazy, but i've LOST like 4 -5 lbs!!! It's so weird lol and thats not water weight because its been like that consistently each day .. So now that i start working out and eatting right again, i'm a littlle scared~!! i dont want to gain that back.. what do you think will happen, or what do i do? Please help!

Hey, i'm 5"7 and i weigh 185 i would like to get down to 160 by april-may ish. i would like to lose my belly and get some abs and look good. starting tomorroe i am going to the weight room three times a week at 7:20 in the morn. at skewl and running the other 2 if i keep this up and do some other exercises do you think i can do it?? and i ould appreciate and help thanx.REPLY ASAP THANX:D:D:D

if all i eat is cabbage, yougurt (low fat) and carrots with non fat dip...is it okay to eat alot of it plus lots of liquid or would eating alot of it be just as bad as eating alot of other food?? would i lose weight??

Hey! I ahve already lost 60 lbs but want to lose anout 20 lns more.But all of a sudden I can't stop eating I'm not hungry. . . I just eat everything I think of!!!!!!!! How can I stop doing this. . . any adive?????

Hey everyone! Im feeling good lately, I dunno why--one of my friends said that exercizing sends feel good endorphins out into your body, so maybe thats it. ANYWAY, i have started (and stayed) on an exersize regimine of just simple stuff. Im not a srtong person, so i realize that if i start with way hard stuff then im doomed to fail, and give up again. So instead of trying to do push-ups, Im just doing curls and stuff first, to make my arms strong enough to support my bodywieght. They say you have to give your muscles a day of rest, so i do this every other day. It includes stuff that is easy, like crunches and a bunch of arm stuff, and squats-- easy-- but still leaves me sore the next day, YAY. I started on tuesday, and today is my day off, and ive only done it twice, but i feel like i can keep it up! i hope that if, week by week, i up the intesity of my workout, i can loose wieght,or tone up to where i want to be by next June. thats the goal ppl!!
