I am in such regret i ate 2 bowls of vanilla n chocolate icecream, 15 slices of yellow cheese, pretzels,macoroni n cheese, soup all in 1 day, plus i didn't excersise or do anything : ( !

Hey guys its me and i just wandered upon a rather informative site about the required amount of water youre supposed to drink everyday. Now i know everyone says 8 glasses everyday but this site kinda gave me more into that, cause i was always like "well doesnt that depend on what size cup you use and etc..." anywho this site (i dont remember it anymore >< sorry) says that if you multiply your weight by .66 and you will obtain how many ounces of water you are supposed to drink each day. Im guessing the reason behind this is because some bodies may not need a huge amount of water a day..that doesnt really make sense to me but anyway..once you obtain that you can divide it by how many ounces your glass is. For example i have a huge blue cup that sits on my desk at work i know that its 32oz (cause i can fill up my nalgene bottle with it and thats 32oz) so i took my weight which is about 290 ... I then divided that number by 32 to see how many cups i would have to drink and got about 5.9 or 6. Now i know that i need to drink 6 blue cups a day! lately on ive noticed that all people ever talk about is girls and body image and girls and eating disorders and stuff like that....i wish theyd talk about the boys once in awhile cause we go through alot of body image issues to and they never seem to talk about us much just the girls.....its kind of sad

hey, thanks to the girl who posted the storie about losing weight for a prize of money (it was on the success storis bored)well anyway, my mom is skinner than me but me, her and my dad (who has slow metabolish for a guy)are having a competition to see who can lose the most weight by my first day of school (august 25) its really cool. who ever loses the most is gunna get the prize payed for by the other 2!!! so thanx, im gunna stick to is! :)We decided that the prize is $120.00. by the point that the competition is over i will have exactly 60 dollars in my bank account (i get $5 a week) so if i win , which i think and hope i will becuase im sooooo dedicated. so if i win i get 120.00 (which i can really use!) but if my mom or dad win i have to give the one who wins my WHOLE $60. so that'll defently motivate me becuase if i lose i'll be broke.

Hey! I just want to give you guys a few tips!! I have lost almost 60 lbs but I need to lose about 10 more. The last few pounds are always the hardest and you may need to go on a special diet to get it off. I am going to go on the 3 Day Diet. You can lose 10 lbs in 3 days!! And it is safe. I know somebody who does it every 5 days. She looks awesome. And after you lose a lot of weight, you may be a little bit flabby. To get rid of that, you should do Winsdor Plities. It really works. Believe me!! You will look and fell awesome. So give it a try!! Hope I've helped you out!!

today I had 1300 calories. I had grain cereal and skim milk for breakfast, one soy burger with no bun or dressing and a bowl of fat free yougurt and rasberries for lunch and for dinner I had 2 tbs peanut butter (to get my daily fat gram requirment) and a bowl of watermelon,pineapple and black cheeries. I also had 64 oz water. For exercise I did the slim in 6 46 minnute workout video, rode my bike 2 miles and swam for about an hour (moderatly)...how did I do?

Ok, i saw this show of Celebrity Diets and they went on the raw food diet, and they ate fruits and veggies, as long as it wasn't cooked, and they lost a lot of weight. So thats what im gonna do, except im gonna eat chicken and fish, but not fried. And drink 100 oz. of water or more....thats what these people did and they lost like 50 pounds in 6 weeks...email me @ brix_0406@yahoo.com for ?s or anything else

Hey everyone. I haven't been on in awhile but I just reached losing 50 pounds! I was so excited. Now I can't get the last 15-20 pounds off! Does anyone have any suggestions? I eat very healthy and exercise atleast 3-4 times a week which is 30 min. cardio and 20 min with weights. I would really like to get this weight off before school starts again. Write Back PLease!!
