if i exercise and only eat 12000 calories will my body go into starvation mode? or will i lose weight fast this way by august?

Today I did good on my eating, but today I dont feel like walking. But one day off is ok right?Breakfast: I had grape nuts and a banana and Lunch: I had a turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomatoe, and cheese,and watermelon. Then for a snack I had a yogurt. Does that sound good? Im not sure what I will have for dinner, but I will try and find something healthy. I feel good though today, because I fed a stray dog food and water that was starving. He ate it all, and drank half the water! I see him a lot and he lives under this one tree, so I think I will feed him tomorrow. I know that it isnt about weight loss, but it makes you think that there are animals and people starving!

i am also really worried about my time of the month also. mine has not been here for 2 whole months!!!!! i think it might be because i have been on atkins for a while, could that have anything to do with it? i am really worried , is there something wrong?

For those of you who want to know whut the three day diet is here is what u eat and then after 3 days u go back to eatin normally for 1-3 days and then go back on it and it is pose to work well here it is...........
Day One

Breakfast
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
Lunch
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
Dinner
3 oz. any lean meat
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 medium apple
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water


Day Two

Breakfast
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
1 egg (any style)
1 slice toast
1 banana

For lunch i am going to have a sandwhich...either roastbeef or ham. it isn't fat free meat and i kno wit would be better but this is all we have. so can u tell me if ham or roast beef would be better?

a lot of ppl dont have motivation or determination to excersise so put on music that makes you wanna dance and excersise you can even make up an excersise routine to it :)

hey again i did better today here goes.............b=2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter s=some wheatables l=slimfast dinner=chicken, aspargus, and some 3 cheese noodles s= a piece of cheese cake. Excercise= not alot some toning that bout it its just been sooo hott lately and we dont have airconditioning ands stuff i might go up in my room tonight and dance.
I have a question...........Well I had my period in mid june not the usual time and i have the worst cramp now but no period yet whuts up with that. like i had myperiod at beginning of june and then in the middle for july and now i have cramps so i might have an extra period this year and I am really worried whut might be y i am havin bad cramps now????????/ well thanx for answering and replying on how i did today
