ok here is whut i ate today............b=2 pieces wheat toast with peanut butter, cornbeefhash, 2 eggs(sunnysideup), and water L=nothin D=spicy chicken burrito and a bannana..................this is how i excercised..........excercise=6-8 mile bike ride, sets of 25 crunches each 40 leg lifts each leg and 20 both legs together I feel really bad I feel I ate tooo much and that I overfilled myself. Well yea tell me whut u think

hey , im on my 3rd day of my diet. so far ie had Breakfast-1 pc whole wheat toast,)calorie butter spray and 2 strwberries. Lunch-pbj on whole wheat and 8 cherrys. Snack-oyster crackers, 1/2 banana. For Dinner-1 blt w/ extra lettace and whole wheat bread and 10 cherrys. Snack(at 6:50pm)-1 apple and a few oyster crackers. my exercize-sit-ups, running in place, mowed big backyard lawn (its like 85 degrees here) wearing pants. and i will walk my dog soon. is this good???? please reply!!!

I went shopping to treat myself on my small 5lb weight loss. AAAH I spent half my paycheck! I bought a skirt and T-shirt from American Eagle Outfitters, Flip Flops from Buffalo, Perfume oil from Body Shop, Hairclips from Six, and a $50 moisturizer from H2O!!! OMG I can't stop spending money LOL!!! AND I didn't have work today so I just went a got a haircut too! I'm so hopeless! Sigh...anyway, this is how I did today: Breakfast: whole wheat bread with yogurt and a peach Snack: nectarine Lunch: Sushi (8pcs) Dinner: haven't had it yet but probably having fish and rice. Exercise: walked 30 minutes. Oh...and for those that asked me on the previous pages how long it took me, it took a little more than 2 weeks with cheating now and then. ~~MissyK~~

I just got back from Germany. I was there in an exchange student program. They eat there practically the whole day. I got back and hadnt gained any weight so I was happy, but I've found that the food here, well Sucks! I eat the same way and have been gaining wieght. I've never been tiny, but now I have to do a total 180 and figure out what to eat again. I know that there are people out there that are in the same boat that I am and I need a support group. im so proud of myself you guys! I just got back from a "4th of july" type barbeque...and let me tell you, they had ALL my favorite foods, but all I had was fruit and i think i stayed within my 1300 calorie limit with that. I was so tempted 100 times to just go have a burger or a twizzler but ya know what I didn't! I usaually can't stay on a diet for 2 hours, but this is my 5th day! i really hope to keep this up! i just need to start exercising again, i took a break today becasye it didn't fit into my schedule. But anywho, also when i looked on the scale i saw I lose 10 lbs! I'm so happy...I can't wait till camp and be skinny! ps- do you guys have any tips to control yourself at barbques, im going to another one tommorow

katherine it isnt sick is the truth. i no one girl whose being doin it since she was 12. just cos ppl dont actually tell u dont mean that ppl from 13 up aint sexually active. i mean on t.v there was this documentary done as a life of a 14 yr old living in liverpool and she had done it with 2 guys through peer pressure. did any1 see it it was on a few months a ago and it was called pleasure island. on channel 4 british t.v. and dont call me sick or anything i aint like that or anything. but it does happen. thats all im saying. i no u believe it dont but i thnk americans r more religious that british ppl. cos its only black pppl that i no that actually go to church on a regular basis. does any1 else no what i mean?

I am kind of on a 'semi' weight watchers plan. i go on and off using the point values. but sometimes i don't get enough points and it says that that can be dangerous. but i notice that i lose more weight when i do, yet i am still eating healthy. so do u think it is ok that i go under or should i always make sure to get 22-27 points..o ya i am switching weight like every few days and the pont values change...should i stick with the lower one or higher?

I screwed up today. I"m on phase two of the south beach and you're not supposed to add carbs in SO quickly, but this is waht i've had today....
boca patty with parmasan and ketchup
all together 10 slices of deli meat with parmasan and fat free butter spray ( 300 cals together)
then i wnet out for lunch.....SAD at a spanish/mexican restaurant and I ate two grilled chicken tacos with soft shell ... but i thin kthe chicken was really greasy! :(
all toghet 3 diet mountain dews and 8 glasses of water
a bowl of kashi grain cereal with skim milk
fat free froz. yogurt with fat free cool whip
5 strawberries
pack of gum
HELP! Sigh..well start over again tomorrow... is that a lot to eat in one day?

hi guys....just wondering if anyone knows the best approach to losing weight. i am 5'5 143 lbs, but i want to lose 20 pounds... i have exercised, ate less,for like a month or so an i have inly lost two pounds!!!!!!! what is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I exercise I walk 5 minutes to warm-up then run 2 minutes straight then walk 1 min. straight. I do this alternation for 40 minutes. Then I do the weights like I said before.

Help! It seems that I've hit a road block. I started a diet about 3 months ago and I've lost 40 pounds. But ever since then I havent lost anymore. If anyone has any tips or advice, please let me know.
