hi,my name is emily(ozzy)and i have a weight problam.i am about 5'6 and weigh 165lb.I wear a size 11-13 in jrs and i really wanna lose weight but i just seem to not be able to lose it.my goal is to lose about15-20lbs by the end of the summer(before school starts).if there's anyone that has advise for me i would apriciate it.thanx:-)

i relized i am only eating 790 calories a day...that means my motobolisim is going into starvation mode...if i eat 1000 calories a day will my motabolisim be normal or would i need to eat 1200??? hurry with replies im me at lilangelgrl0501...o this is what i have been eating...1 egg and 1 egg whit scrambeled...2 pieces of whole wheat toast and yogurt...strawberries...grilled chicken breast and white rice

sorry, i had to say 13, but it wont let me at 12. i just want to give some advice to teens and pre-teens. this advice is the same i gave to the bulimic poster, because it works equally well for both simple bulimics, and overeaters. my advice is to track your eating for a week or so, and see wich foods tend to trigger binges( for me,its white flour and sugar). avoid buying/eating/being around those "binge trigger" foods. it should help. good luck.

Hey ppl. I was thinking about a diet for myself. OK. For two days I would eat nothing and drink only water. Then for two more days, I would only eat watermellon and drink water. And keep repeating that pattern. I think I am gonna start that tomorrow. If that doesen't work, I'll ask my friend if she wants to be on a diet with me. Between me and yall', she sure use it. if I go on low carb- say 50 a day for 1 week, 60 a day for the 2nd, 70 a day for the 3rd and 80 a day for the 4th...which is a whole month, plus exercise and watch my fat and calorie intake, could I lose alot of weight? and if you know, once i go off will i gain it all back ?
