hay everyone. just to say i used to be overweight, i was 210 lbs when i was 12. i know weigh 121 and its all going good. i have friends who weigh 70 lbs and are perfectly healthy. makes u think that every body is different, no two bodies are the same. u cant make urself look like someone else, but u can make the best of your own body. keep up your good work. your all doing so great :) lucee x x

Hey everyone I guess I am not giving up but I did have a really bad day yesterday and wanted to give up all along but i guess I have realized i can and that i need to keep moving and tryin hard and excerciseing and drinking water and eating and being healthy and looking at serving sizes when i eat not just eating as many as i want. well good luck and member look at serving sizes and u will see how much u r suppose to eat and dont say a cup on everything cuz some is less and some is more in order to get all the nutrients well good luck and hope everyone makes it to there goal

7 Fun Ways to Drink Water: 1)Drink it with a fun squiggly straw 2)heat it in the mirchowave or boil it and drink it in a cofee mug with a spoon 3)u know those litttle frozen kool aid things that come in little plastic gogurt like packages? clean them out and fill it with water and then freeze it. suck on it as it thaws on a hot day 4)chop ice in a blender and eat it with a spoon 4)drink it from a thermas 5)get those things where u can make any liquid into a popsicle and fill it with water 6)heat it up and drink in a cute little tea cup *pinkies up everyone!* 7)add a squeese of lemon juice and combine with any of 1-6!!!

How many calories should I be eating per day? I've been aiming for 1200 but when I read stuff I think "Is that not enough?" I'm 5.2 and 137 pounds.

ok u guys i have discovered that i usually eat when i am bored so how can i stop this and become skinny and stuff like that so just wondering how i could do this and stuff like that but its ok if no one nos cuz i dont think i can do it either so maybe i should just give up and forget all bout my goals and stuff dang i suck at this and I will never get to my goal i guess u could say i have given up :( well by and good luck maybe ill still be on here tryin to help others but for me i just dont feel like i can do it any more, buhbye and see ya later

Ok, here goes. I was 170 but then I started to jog so now i've lost like 15 lbs. But I think I still look the same. I would really like to get down to at least 135 by summers end, hopefully get a little slimmer, but sometimes the weather is bad so I can't go outside. Any suggestions on indoor exercises??

How much weight do I have to loose to see a six pack? I know I have it already because I can feel it when i tighten my abs, but theres a little layer of fat covering it. I am 145 lbs and 5'5 and pretty muscular. I will loose weight by doing tae bo and winsor pilates and playing tennis and running 6 miles per day. And I will eat very healthy too. What do you think?
