If i eat 1,200 calories a day, 40 grams of fat, 115 carbs and at least 100 grams protien a day plus exercise can I lose alot of weight by august 2nd?

Hey guys!! Im seventeen and Im really looking to improve myself. Im not "fat" but I have a tummy pudge, hips, and THICH thighs -ahh! I hate it! My boyfriend is in the army and i feel so big next to him, because hes so toned and in shape. Id like some tips on food, videos, and diet plans that may have worked for some of you. Im 5'8" and 160-165 pounds. Although Im tall, its a LOT!! I dont look that weight, but its there, and I cant stand it. Please loan me ANY and ALL ideas! Im so grateful for anything you can lend! A few good eating tips that I found in a book(i dont remember the title):"The payoff diet is the feeling that you have control over your weight. But it is a false sense of control. Think about it:Is it really control if you gain all the weight as soon as you go off the diet?The advice to skip dieting is even more important for teens than it is for adults. Why? because your body is growing and developing right now-your in transition-and being on some idiotic diet at this stage in your life can be unhealthy and interfere with your growth. Dieting is not cool. It is self-destructive."

Hi I just wanted to share some tips with everyone. Here are some metabolism boosters (your metabolism is what burns fat and calories) Water is good but it doesn't raise your metabolism rate but Green Tea does. If you drink 4 cups a day it can burn 50 to 60 extra calories per day, it isn't alot but it adds up. Try to eat spicy foods because that raises metabolism too. Try to get your 3 a day of dairy like skim milk, low-fat cheese, and nonfat yogurt. Lifting weights can help you burn more calories too because that builds muscle and muscle burns mor fat and calories then fat does. I hope you take my advice and I hope the tips work for you.

I have some time before I go to work, so I decided I'd tell you about my past habits before I met some helpful people along the way. I used to eat a small, unhealthy breakfast consisting of white bread and sweets. Then, I 'd pig out for lunch and have 2 or more pieces of cake for dessert. Then, half an hour before dinner, I'd eat 7 or 8 cookies hoping I'd spoil my appetite so I don't have to eat so much. Well, in reality, the cookies are higher in calorie than dinner itself. It didn't work, of course, and I ate a huge dinner and didn't stop until my stomach hurt. I felt like crap afterward, so I thought, "well since I screwed up today, I might as well eat more". So before bedtime EVERY NIGHT, I'd eat several donuts or half a box of Pot of Gold chocolates or a peanut butter sandwich. I couldn't sleep at night because my heart was beating so fast and my stomach hurt so much....
