is a big bowl of cantalop,rasberries and cut up apples bad? plus, if I don't have any fat then have 16 grams fat from peanut butter, 3 which is saturated, is this an ok way to go the fat needed for my daily diet if it says within my diet guidelines?

i eat around 1200 calories a day and burn 3200 so every day im losing 2000 calories is that good or bad???

Ok.EATING RIGHT-1. eat plenty of fruits and veggies 2. stay away from sugary,fatty,and fried foods.3. drink a lot of water4. eat lean meats or you could just not eat them but I don't reccomend that5. try to stay away from soda, even diet sodaEXERSIZE-1. If you are moving around and being active, it is exersizing.2. you could run/jog/walk, jump rope, swim, skate(ice or roller), ride your bike, play outside with friends, help your mom around the house,ect.SOME MORE INTERESTING TIPS-1. at a meal, cut what you are gonna eat in half and save the rest for later2. drink a lot of water b-4 a big meal so you won't be as hungry and you won't eat as much3. have fun drinking your water:use a crazi straw, squeeze a little bit of lemon juice in it, warm it up, put it in a funny cup, do anything with it as long as you aren't making it unhealthy and full of fat and sugar4. replace your snacks with a... Today I had fat free yougurt and rasberries, fat free smoothie, more fat free yougurt, fat free sugar free jello, a big bowl of cantalope,rasberries and apples, tuna, one soy burger and 2 tbs peanut butter. Someone told me that if you don't have at least 20-25 grmas fat daily your body will store all the little fat you do take in and not burn it off. First of all, is this true and if it is, is peanut butter a good way to get this fat (one serving 16 grams fat 3 saturated) if it stays within my calorie limits?

ok well i relize i was exersizing to much...burning 3300 calories a day...if i eat 1300 calories and burn 2863 is that better then before?

Anyway, I want to thank you all for posting you health tips. If I had never came to this site, I don't think that I would have ever started a diet. Actually, I am starting tomorrow and I am hoping to lose 50 pounds or more! So thanx to all who posted thier stories about how they lost weight and who posted some GREAT tips. Much luv. XOXO, Katie

omg ok i weight 230 pounds and yesterday at our school play (well we have a very old gym) but i feel threw the floor(it was old wood) and i was laying down in the floor belly up for all to see while they riped apart the stage to get me out. then the next day at gym a couple boys took a belt put it around my neck and made me walk around the play ground on all 4s like a cow and then they had me go up to the girls and start mooing and then they made me hump the ground and make moaning noises and if i didnt they were going to beat me up.
