hey i would really liek if someone could give me an excersize plan, not involving running because i dont want my mom to find out bout this, and an eating plan that can go along with what my mom gives me(breakfast - cerial w/strawberrys, lunch - chips, pbj, fruit, dinner - pasta, chicken,usually,) but i am always hungry and i drink 8+ glasses of water a day, and i dont know wat to do. someone please help me thanx

Hi everyone. I decided to help myself lose weight by placing two pictures of Hilary Duff on my refrigorator in the kitchen so whenever I feel like pigging out, I could look at her and tell myself NO! She has a great figure and I have always wanted to be like her. Oh and I have a question. How long would it take me to lose about 50 pounds by eating 1200 calories and exersizing for an hour every day? Pleez help me out.

do you tihnk I could atleast loose 20 lbs in like 15 days??? if I stick and eat half of what is giving to me and I drink lots and lots of water?? Does this diet plan sound ok- I will be having 1,200 calories with 20 grams fat, 125 carbohydrates and at least 45 grams protein daily...this food plan is a daratic change to the carbo queen I am (if you know how many carbs I should be getting with this diet to lose weight please let me know) but does this diet sound like a good plan or should i revise the grams to lose weight faster?

I have done really well today and I feel really proud of myself this is whut I ate................cuz i had 2 pieces wheat toast with butter a fruit bagel with plain cream cheese an orange juice like one bite of chocolate cookie like a ton of pringles. I also had like 4-5 glasses of water and will still drink more tonight. For excercise I jump roped a little did 4 sets of 25 crunches and had basketball practice from 515-630 and that is all plus drinkin mor ewater today and maybe more crunches and push ups or something like that.
