Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Wow school starts in 9 days and I've only lost 5 pnds all I can do is still try. I was uppset I didn't do anything until the last minut but its never to late to lose weight.!:D

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Binge...err.Yeah, I just had a binge. Its now 3 o'clock and I've eaten about 1400 calories so far today and I still have dinner. Great. Ruined day. What do yall do when you have crappy days? I thought about just not eating tomorrow ( I have to eat today because I'm at home and its my birthday...) but I'm not sure that's the best option.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 148 lb, Today: 193 lb, Goal: 135 lb - So If anyone is really craving fast food..try buying some turkey burger at the store and make your own hamburgers..they taste really good. You can also make sloppy joes with it as well..another thing that can replace sweets is the weight watchers ice cream treats..they have alot of varieties...All of these are low calorie and low fat..!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys...I haven't been here in months and I'd like to have said that I'm doing better but I'm not. I've just gotten so lazy. My waist has expanded again and I feel that my face is getting fatter again...I can feel the weight coming back and I want to stop it before I become 210 again (god forbid). I just don't know how to start it up again and I'm just tired of everything.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 174 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 114 lb - Ok i am now down to about my goal weight. i'm currently fluctuating around 118-120. I have a question though, you can see my ribs, but i still have a little bit of a stomach is this normal, or do i just have a large ribcage?

I can't wait to start seeing results I need to atleast lose 35 pnds by the ends of november I'm going out of town to see all my family and I haven't seen them in about 5 yrs so I wanna look diffrent sp I wanna be like 125-130 all I have to do is lose about 10 pnds a month and I think I can do it yay.!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb, Goal: 140 lb - So I have a question for all of you! how many pounds do you think I'm going to lose in one month since I've cut out ALL fast food? Before this on average I ate fast food like everyday because when I was out shopping or something it was there and it was quick. I have only had mcdonalds once this month and it was a mcflurry. Its already the middle of the month and I think I'm able to keep this up. Well let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks! xoxo

If some one drives me. and i wanna go running for an hour and a half what are they supposed to do? It sucks. And. Biking hurts y butt :( but how much biking would i have to do to be equivelent to an hour of hard excersice...since biking is kinda easier...
