Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - if i have never said this before im going to say it now , DIETS DONT WORK ! , seriously if you realy wanna lose weight you have to make life long changes, not temporary ones like going on diets, start by limiting your intake of bad things like sodas, cookies, cake, pie, chips . i didnt say completly cut them out because i understand thats kinda exereme =/ like who doesnt want a piece of cake every once in a while ? lol , and as you progress it will be a lot easier for you to just not think about them or want it :)) , THE HARDEST PART IS GETTING STARTED , but after you start and see progress you wouldnt wanna stop ! trust me :D , i love you guys and i know you can do it ! :))

I felt discourged I tried my horse red rainbow tshirt it didn't fit the way I wanted it to. I was sad I was like why cant I be at my weight goal now? I wanted to strive myself. I was like I should not strive myself, I put on my HSM hat to cheer me up!! any Christan grils on here who are my age or closer? I feel pretty lonely.. I have not seen to many young men on here who Jesus, there used to be a lot about 10 years a go. Now, I feel alone.. On here, No one is replaying to my messages, it makes me feel like I am wasteing my time. I cry when I try something of my own, and I get very sad. I end up crying for an hour or so.. I was happy because I found 2 pairs of cute jeans, 2 adorable shirts, and a gorgeous leather jacket. I had a rough time finding jeans because every store I went into didn't have my size. I always feel like I'm doing really good but then I try on clothes or see pictures of myself and I always feel like I've got such a long way to go...one day at a time!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys. I havent posted inna while. School is coming and I tryed on all my clothes today. My jeans wont fit over my belly. They are size 7. I never gain weight or loose so Im thinking of quitting my diet or just taking a break. What should i do? I have a physical soon. And Im afraid of getting on the scale. I know theyre going to say something about my weight.

I ate less and drank more water, and furit and vegtables, and half a piece of meat, ran all over the place, chase my 3 year old niece around, I had Speical K creal with furit in it. And cut Ketcup to a small dot, once in a while is ok!! I am not really a junk food eater, anymore so much as I used to, I gave up orange soda, Sprite, and regular coke, Mist. And moutain Due, I tried the diet version is nasty, I eat dark chocolate now once a mounth is ok. It is very rare I eat fast food now, it taste nasty, yuck" I did jump rope back in the Spring. I only drink half of soda in a paer cup. Or a small soda, I used to eat to much candy. And stay in bed for 12 hours. Bad habit to have in the first place. I been trying to lose weight since October 2010. I finally did it some what. Don't ever give up. Jessica 16

I swim vigorously for 5 hours a day 6 days a week,I take irish dance lessons 2 days a week and ballet 2 days a week. I ride my bike for about 20-25 miles almost everyday. I walk or ride my bike to school and its like 5 miles away. But i still can't lose enough weight to be healthy and it always comes back. I eat healthy and never too much. Some help? Also when people say im 'fat' they don't understand that i have a large frame due to swimming- broad shoulders etc. and that a lot of my body mass is muscle. My doctor told me all this. But he always says I need to lose weight. I know this, I've know it for the past 5 years! About that, but I moved, and say to myself I am starting over tomrrow, not giving up to get my goal for a healthy weight!! dont ever give up!!! girls. Melissa, I messed up, I cant stand that. I am really nervss. I am going to be in a horse show tomrrow afternoon, help me... I dont want to mess up.. Ahhha I dont want to gain the wt. back, I am really nervss, yikes. I had this small burrito thing but I ate all the rice and beans, oh and chips and salsa. I did really great at the beginning of the day so I hope that kind of balances out my dinner. I sped walked 2 miles on the tredmile. Not very much but I feel really good. I always feel good after exercising. I'm going to a concert tomorrow and so that means I'll be going out to dinner with my sister. I'm doing Weight Watchers. If you don't know how that works I'll give a brief summary. In WW food is a certain amount of points based on fat, protein, and carbohydrates and each day you get a certain allotment of points based on weight, height, and gender along with bonus points for the whole week.
