Hey. I'm way up north in Minnesota, and we already have snow, so it's kind of impossible to be running outside. We just moved right in front of a track, convinently, but it's a little chilly to be using it! What are some good excercises that I could be doing inside? When we go back to the other house, I am going to grab the tae-bo tape, and do that for 15-20 minutes every morning before school, if I can manage getting up an extra half hour early ;o) Any other tips on how I can lose 30 lbs by March?

I'm gonna cry. why do guys i know al have to be shallow and not like girls unless they are a certain way. the one guy i really like only dates asians because he's asian adn whites are the last people he'd look at. according to my bestfriend-who went out with his twin and is asian and she also said that he looks at looks before personality. i hate being the way i am because its soo depressing. i am starting to hate myself.

Today: 173 lb - Ok i had basketball again today for 2 hours and I feel great I do fine in basketball till the end when I mess it all up because at the end we run and that is the part and only part i hate about practice. I think I am getting use to it and becoming better. I love basketball and hope with basketball I will loose all the weight i want or a lot of weight I want. THe next dance is sweethearts on friday feb. 13 and i want to be 150 by then at least. I am 173 now do you think I can do this? I am also eating right and stretching and drinking a lot of water. Well I hope to be 160 by xmas also. Well see ya later!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suggest you do jumping jax.. 40 minutes a day :] good for your arms/legs/and everything els.. your heart gets a good workout too it beats like crazy when your done..do this for about 6 months youll see results sooner but do it !!! u can do it at home and stuff

Ht. 5'8" - I have a slight problem... and I was wondering if you all could tell me what you think a 14 year old girl, 5'8'', with a bone frame right inbetween small and medium should weigh?I know there is the weight calculator, but that is so generic. It never seems to fit me. =(

Hey, Can anyone tell me how to do crunches, lunges and jumping jacks? Also how do you guys find so much time to do all this excersise. I try and do some, but never have enough time. Also it gets very dark very early now. AND I seem to get tired after about 10 minutes of hard jogging, without stopping. Please let me know. Beleive in you all. LOL Lola

Hey everyone, I was wondering if you could tell me how to do lunges and crunches? Also how do you guys manage to fit so much excersize into your day, I always try but never seem to have the time. I enjoy excersise. But by the time I get home from school, do homework and ave my tea, I never seem to have any time. Please tell me how you do it. :) its been 1 weeks since I first posted on here, just weighed myself and this week I lost 5pounds! Yay! Im happy :) nice way to start the day. im doing it by eating healthy food (no fat) loadsa fruit and pasta etc. and excerciseing. still a long way to go.. but 5 lbs less of me :)
