with the diet pills im taking they say it has 320 mg of caffiene with 2 pills, if i take just one and ease into 2, would this make me hyper? becasue I am going to be taking them during school

Well y'all I'm getting back on track. I gained back a lil bit of what i lost last week. I'm going to get to my goal of 157 now. I will get there. I promise myself. lol. okay i really am sick og my gut it realy bothers me if i didnt have my gut i wouldnt care about my weight right now. The thing is the button on my school pants brok at lunch on friday becasue i was laughing and my gut was just in the way. I am going to hope to be able to fit into my size 12 pants by the end of the school year with out having to worry bout the buttons breaking all the time. and maybe by next year i will have to get more uniform clothes to fit my stomach. I am at 171 right now down 4 pounds because i gained like a lot since my last posting and then lost them so i am hoping by next week to be back at 167 or lower. Well I am going to have funn looseing. Start: 240 lb, Today: 200 lb - I currently weigh 200 pounds from 240 pounds on my fat loss scheme. to do this i made an excellent workout plan. i siggest everyone to buy a pair of lightweight dumbells and train in your own home. i bought whey protein powder and L-glutamine acid and took it before my workouts. During workout i trained my but, legs, pecs, arms and abs then i was exhausted but i followed with simple jogging and stair stepping. my workout was 100 mins in total and i lost a lot of weight. i ate the same but cut out all sodas, chocolates, potato chips and ate less fried food. I reccomend everyone to start weight training as it preserves muscle and accelerates fat loss. PLz reply to this if you have any questions and i will reply back to you. :)

Okay to all of you in the weight loss contest i am at 171 i ganed fom my last post 3 weeks ago but i also lost the weight i gained i was up at 175 last week so i lost 4 pounds whut about everyone else id u all do good this week. Well good luck and post ur new weight here.

Ht. 5'11.5", Start: 232 lb, Today: 199 lb (BMI %tile: 92) - I am 5 ft and 11.5 inches tall. I used to weigh 232.2, now im down to 198.8. I AM SO EXCITED FOR MYSELF! we all need to realize that this weight-loss thing is HARD WORK, but really really worth it in the end! Good luck to ya'll!
