theres a new diet.. 'the bite diet' its where you can eat whatever you want,... but only eat 85 bites a day..... do you think it would be easy to do??? i want to try it... but not if it would be realy hard yanno?

my daughter is 5'6 and 150-155 pounds, her weight kind of fluxuaties from time to time. She really is somewhat depressed about her weight. worrying mainy about guys not liking her and not looking good in clothes. I dont know what to do except motivate her and tell her she is not fat or overweight or what ever. Her doctor even told her she isnt overweight but even than she still didnt think that. Any suggestions?

Hey everyone! hoes it goin! i just had the urge to splurge but instead i came here. i am goin to try to eat well and exercise as much as i can. and i need this site to keep me inspired and motivated. i lost weight before i went from 150 to 135 but now i am 170! but the thing is i have gotten 4 inches taller since i gained all the weight. and i can carry my weight well so thank God i only look like i am 150 pounds. but i do want to get a little smaller around my waist. and get more muscular and have more energy to play with some of my younger cousins. i dont really have a special diet or exercise program but i am just goin to stay away from sweets, eat regular portion sizes only when i am hungry, and eat only when i am hungry. c u cant skip meals! i have triend skipping breakfast and lucnh before but the thing is then you eat way to much at dinner because u r so hungry! so yea and i am... hey you guys i have a problem! well as most of you know i am 5'0 122pounds (and have been over-eating junk food lately!) anyways when i go to my locker i have to crouch down but when i get up my knees hurt like CRAZY! do any of you think that maybe my body is to small to be caring 120 pounds?! For lunch this past week i have been eating a bag of gummie worms and 2 small bags of chips for snack i know thats not helping... PLEASE REPLY, AND THANK YOU!

hey! i havent been on here in while and i thought i would u no how its going. i used to weigh 191 and now i weight 161. 30lbs!!! im really proud and i have just joined the gym to carry on with my success. i am so much happier now and i just did it by simply eating less fat and sugar and less junk food and by drinking lots of water and exercising regularly. i want to get to 135lbs, i no its still heavy but i think i would be happy at that weight. if i can do it anyone can! also what has helped me is my closest friend is anorexic and its really hard to see her like that, it made me think about how i shouldnt put myself down all the time like i used to because that is what could happen and i know how heart breaking it is. gud luck everyone! xxxx

hey everyone i havent been here in liek forever. so anyways i was running in P.E. class and lifting some weights and i think i have lost a dress size over a month!!! its so cool i never thought that i was going to lose this much weight. i haven't been on and diets or starving myself or reducing my food intake. i just ate normally and i havent been eating when i Think i have to. i was eating when i was ONLY hungry. Im so proud of my self.

Hey , how are you all doing... im not so good .... well i mean with my diet i was doing pretty good for 2 or 3 days but then the next day i just started eatin junkfood again and alot of it :( and i started eating white bread again even noe i did stop it and i was doing GOOD!!! .... well i hope you are all doing good with ur diets!!! keep up the good work!!
