I started to eat good foods and exercise about 5 days out of the week and lift some weights. and about maybe 4 months later i weighed in at 178 i'm still doing what i am doing and hopefully i'll get to my goal weight. I believe if i can lose such a big amount of weight then anyone could.

After years of diets that didn't work, a new Doctor gave me aweight plan for life: stay away from things such a junk food, highcarbs, and fatty foods for 6 days a week, on the seventh day treatyourself to one treat. Then you don't feel deprived. And after youreach your goal, which I did in about 9 months to a year, then eat wellfor 5 days a week and treat yourself for 2 days.

For Christmas we got a Dance dance revoultion game for the ps2. ive lost 10 pounds by playing it! it makes me feel great that i can play ninentdo and still lose weight! I eat 3-4 small meals a day, i watch what i eat and i know my limits! i still drink soda from time to time but i like to drink the flavored waters. they have no calories, no caffien and low sodium! but still drink PLENTY! of regular water! keep going!

I have now lost another 25 lbs so I'm like 106 lbs now. Vegan is definately the way to go if not for the cruelty the animals go through for yourself do you know you can get cancer later on in life from eating fish and they say it's health food!!! Yeah Right!!!

Finally, I made a new years resolution and I lost almost 45 pounds. I weighed 130. I found the best way to do it was to cut portion size. I didn't exercise much (i should have) but I just didn't eat as much and tried to control when I ate and how much I ate. It's been about a year and I have put 10 pounds back on, but am on my way to losing that again.

THE STRESS CAUSED WEIGHT GAIN AND THE WEIGHT GAIN CAUSED STRESS. I DECIDED THAT MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION WAS GOING TO BE TO LOSE 65 POUNDS.BY JUNE 3RD I LOST ALL THAT WEIGHT! I WAS SO HAPPY. I LOST ALL THAT WEIGHT BY NOT EATING JUNK FOOD, FAST FOOD, AND FRIED FOOD. I ATE THREE REGULAR MEALS A DAY, I EXERCISED DAILY, AND I DRANK ALOT OF WATER. WHEN THE SCALE SAID 110 POUNDS I FELT LIKE A MILLION DOLLARS. THAT SUMMER I WENT TO THE BEACH LIKE 44 TIMES. I FELT SO GOOD ABOUT MYSELF. I ALSO JOINED THE BASKETBALL TEAM WHEN SCHOOL STARTED. IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT YOU NEED TO DRINK ALOT OF WATER, THATS VERY IMPORTANT, TO TAKE IT 5 POUNDS AT A TIME, EAT HEALTHY, EXERCISE!, AND NEVER SAY ILL START TOMORROW. NEVER THINK U CANT, CAUSE YOU CAN!

I wanted to take dance lessons but I was to emberassed. So i decided to lose weight. Now I weigh 110 pounds. I did this by eating 3 small meals a day and doing 2 hour aerobic exercises. I FEEL GREAT!!!!! I want to tell all the overweight people out there that if u stay dedicated, constant, and only do it for yourself you will SUCCEED! GOOD LUCK!!
From jan, Age 15, female - 12/26/04 - IP#: 206.148.52.xxx about 6 weeks ago i went on the atkins diet. the diet was impossible for me . after two weeks , i quit. so i started eating less. i checked my weight in may and i weighed 175. i weighed 175 but i look good with it and i have a good shape.i'm not gross looking at all. i can get any boy i want....anyway now after 4 weeks i weigh 163 and i'm still going i'm 5'5. i think most of my wieght comes from me having a grown women's body....ha ,ha
