today i started a food journal. made a goal for the day of how much i would like to eat and drink. for breakfast i had 8oz MILK, 8oz GREEN TEAw/2tsp sugar, 16oz WATER, and 2 SMALL ORANGE and i'm full so i stop eating and keep myself busy till i'm hungry again. i had approximately 120 calories. wish me luck and what do you think

i have some tips for ya'll:
i always try to exercise on an empty stomach so that your body will use fat for energy during workouts, im not saying to starve yourself. and stop saying youll start ur diet tomorrow, now is the best time. dont set such big goals, youd be suprised how much better youd look and feel even just from a few pounds, it really makes a difference. try not to focus on the scale, instead, i go by pant size. Because muscle weights more than fat, you might gain weight before u loose fat. good luck everyone. and remember no food is worth feeling soo bad about yourself. when u feel like sitting and watching tv, just think of how good youll feel when u go back to school and everyone recognizes a difference, i promise, you wont be watching t.v for long. lol!! good luck!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195lbs - just a question.. what does it matter if someone is using 2 different names on the website? maybe they don't want to be known or maybe it actually is 2 different people. but what would it matter if it wasn't? so what they wanna use different names. big deal. this site is meant to help people and as long as they have a question that can be beneficial to someone, why does it matter who they are? i thought this website was meant for helping not for critisizing.

Ht. 5"2, Hey guys!!! I need to lose 5 lbs AT LEAST in 3 weeks. I was wondering if anyone wanted to join me. The plan is to report everything you eat, and all the exercise you do that day. AND you're not allowed to NOT post just because you did badly that day. This way, you'll be less likely to overeat because the whole world will know about it!!!! Soo if you're interested please leave a message, and the Firstname section of the post will be "3 week challenge" and the first person who posts can put in what they ate, and all the people who want to join can do it in the reply section. hey one things that helps me out some is making up a dance to some songs ...like and whenever it comes on the radio or you have it on cd dance to it...its really fun...right now im making up another dance for a song you should try it...dont worry how silly you look no ones going to see

ok well i need to lose like 20 pounds and it was really weird because i got on the scale two times in a row and the first time was 5 pounds lighter then the secound and it was like 30 secounds apart! nif you have any ideas about loseing the 20 pounmds please tell me!

I run everyday and am very involved in playing softball..My boyfriend is losing a ton of weight..he was already skinny though..but i have to be skinnier then him.
