Ht. 5'1, Wt. dunno, on vaca. - this has been absolutly HORRIBLE!!! i'm on a dif computer btw, and im in north carolina now. Ive eaten so terribly. Its the sort of deal where all they have to eat here is jnkfood. It was my cousins bday so all we had were terrible fried foods and cake, and i ate it out of pure hunger. I probably gained so much weight these past two days. For breakfast today I had a bagel (only thing they had and it was a family breakfast) with cream cheese (they only had original) and coffee (with sweetened half and half being they didnt have sugar). I also had a pastry at their bidding ("ooh fishie try this, its so wonderful!!!! you cant get this back home!!!). Its so much food, and i feel so sick. This is impossible, how am i sposed to diet when the meals are so set-up? There are no second choices, and if i just ate the healthy things i'd starve to death. The only healthy thing they have is water. What on earth should i do??! Shoud i just fess up and tell them im trying to lose weight???

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, i have a doctors appt. in two weeks from next wednesday, and i was wondering if that- if i did 3 exercise tape- all within an hour, forced 10 glasses of water, adn with the additional walking around the block with my friends and not eating a whole lot- could that possibly help me loose at leat a lb. a day?? and i dont eat a whole lot bc i dont get hungry- i have to force myself to eat at least 2 meals a day, so im not dropping food, i just cant eat bc i feel full all of the time- thanx

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 174 - Hahah i woke up this morning ate oreos.. wtf i have no control at all and now i feel like sh!t.. ANYWAYS.. im done being fat. so starting right now im getting my ass back in gear.. i've got like .. 2 months before i go back to school.. ima try and loose about 20-25 pounds before then and then keep going.. My goal weight is about 130-135 and i know if i just actually go for it i can get there.. well good luck everyone!

Ht. 5, Wt. 4 - oky, if everyday i run, do pilates, work out on this machine that works your butt and theighs out, and do dance arobics and everyday have between 900-1500 calories do you think i would be able to lose 4 pounds a week? Is this healthy? I have been on this diet and the running 4 like 2 weeks but i only have 5 more weeks to go till school and havet done baarely nthing.Its crunch time Babe! is incorperating a diet pill with an exersize and diet plan really that bad? ...if i continue to diet and start to exersize is adding a little bit more help going to harm me that much? ...i cant seem to loose any weight anymore and i figured i could try...

Ht. 5"8, Wt. 147 - I was just wondering, is it true that if you loose weight to quickly do you put it straight back on after the diet if this is true is it possible after comming off a low cal plan reintroduce cals slowly so my body dosnt gain weight quickly it just maintains?
