Ht. 5'6, A little something you may not know: "Cardio work" is basically anything that makes you sweat: running, stair-climbing, sports, stuff like that. For a cardio workout to be effective, though, your heart rate has to increase and stay high for at least 20 minutes. At the 20-minute mark, the body stops running only on its stored energy, and it turns to its fat deposits (and all of your exercise over 20 minutes will pull from that stored fat). I suggest that you don't bother yourself with insignificant details like "how does this happen?" It's magic. All that matters is that it really works.

hello people im avatar ang and I have a secret recipe its cerreal surprise and its fat free what you do is get some icecream and get some corn flakes not frosted corn flakes you roll the ice cream up in a ball and put the corn flakes on the ice cream ball and walla you have cerial surprise

Ht. 5'5", Well I maintained today and ate roughly 2500 calories with 500 calories burned threw exerise. So at least I know how much it takes for me to lose weight. Oh yeah I ate some special k fruit and yogurt cereal really good!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 152 - I found a really goo exercise routine that is working pretty good for me! I do the Leslie Sanson 2 mile tapes in the morning around 9:00, then eat my normal healthy diet. Then around 7:00 p.m. I do the basic Tae Bo tapes(which I love!) I will eventually step it up to the 3 mile and the advanced Tae Bo, but for now I will stick with that. But if anyway has these tapes~give it a try! Good Luck Ya'll

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - Ok, well i did ok today I think. I snacked a lot, but mostly healthyish stuff, and im still under my cal limit..ok so B: Kashi Bar, Banana (280 calories) S: PB Bar (130 Calories) Lunch: PB Sandwich on wheat bread (250 calories) S: Pria Bar, and 2 100 calorie packs (310 calories) Dinner: 3 turkey tacos (prob. about 500 calories) ...so i had about 1,470 calories.. i drank a lot of green tea and water..I know i didnt get nearly enough fruit or vegetables, but any other hits are appreciated
