OOPS THE MESSAGE BELOW ... I TRIED TO TYPE MY BOARD THING AND I ACCIDENTLY HIT ENTER SRY ! anyways im 150 pounds and 5ft 5 or 5ft 6 i dont remeber. Well last yr i went on the south beach diet and went to 130 anyways i didnt follow the diet anfter the weight loss and thought i could jsut go bak to my bad eating habits. i am a swimmer so i will be doing swim 3-4 days a week during the summer also i think ill do junior lifeguard where u run and stuff . should i go back on the south beach or im really confused .

Alright guys! I've done ssssoooo crappy these like past 5 days...so i've decided that i'm going to put an end to it and stop making excuses for not working out..etc. When i'm done writing this, i'm determined to workout because i don't want to gain the 15 pounds i've lost back! Hey im starting a summer program. I am dieting, doing alot of aerobic activity, and strenth training. I was wondering if I burned between 400-700 more calories then I eat each day, will I be able to lose 10 lbs. of fat while still keep getting more muscle? Thanks.

i did really bad yesterday.. went runnign for 25 minutes but i ate laot of popsiles cause theers nothign esle in this house.. then i didnt do my weight training caus ei didnt wake up early.. i woke up late today too so im hoping to do my weight training form yesterday and tody and do my runnign.. i just really hope i lose weight this summer or i might kill myself

Alright, I have lost about 20 pounds since I set my goal. My goal is to get to about 135 lbs. Right now I'm at about 145 lbs. So, I still need to lose about 10 pounds or so. You can tell in parts of my body where I have lost weight, but I still have what you would call "lovehandles". I have lost little or nothing there. I can only lose about 10 more pounds and if I lose anymore itll start to get unhealthy. Do you think the lovehandles could go away in 10 pounds? Why are they still here? I read you cant do any excersizes to get rid of them so what do i do

hey i just found this site today and i was really excited as i was reading these things....i am 14 ill be 15 in august i way about 195.. and im 5'2 i really wanted to get in to shape and to loose as much wieght as possible by school starts and i no itz a year away but i wunted to be ale to wear a bikini for the first time in my life by next summer... i was reeading some of the comments and EMIS u mentioned something like toning for teens what is it and do u think it willl help me?.. i have problems running because i run out of breath real fast... if ne one wants to help me leave and aim yahoo im or msn im screen name and ill talk to ya on there... or if ur more comfy on here... ill check in later tonight..please help me

Well didn't have the greatest weekend food/exercise wise but I started going strong yesterday and ate great yesterday and today...plus did a 50min cardio kickbox workout yesterday and i'm soooooo beat even today lol. I'll be back at the gym though tomorrow!! Hope everyone else is doing well on their diets!!! Goodluck and stay strong you can do it!!!

hey guys, i am 5'2 and 140 pounds. i used to be 135 pounds but ever since i started playing tennis when school let out i gained 5 lbs. i am goin to play in high school so they make us go to these camps. i play an 1 and a half hours daily and i watch what i eat. why am i gaining weight? i have only had junk food on one day since i played. this is really confusing. any ideas?
