ok im stuck i want to lose ten-fifteen pounds this summer which for me ends august 1st here is what i do every day, excluding today (i was lazy) in the morning i do a work out video after noon i go swimming and do a minimum of fourty laps and in the evening i play tennis with my friend. so excersize isnt the problem im having real problems with eating..i know i said earlier i had a good day but that when downhill ...because today i had a small portion of cereal (no milk) and then for lunch i had a cheese and tomato sandwhich and after that everything went bad me and my mom made cake and i had some and then later it was dinner time which wasnt too bad i ate some fish and a piece of potato but then i had more cake really i just need help on stopping my impulses to eat before i think how do i do that i know the solution is think and then eat but thats easier said then done..so any help? im ... I just weighed myself today (havent weighed in for a month lol) and I am ten pounds lighter AND I dropped a dress size! Whoo Hoo! I am going shooping soon! Haha!Good luck everyone...it is a long road, but if I can do it, you definatly can too!!!

I went on this site a while ago and tried to lose weight. I never actually lost weight. I actually gained quited a bit. When i first came on here about 3 or 4 months ago I was 235. I JUST WEIGHED myself like 10 minutes ago and I am 268. How do I lose weight? I seriously need to. My mom and I are doing this low carb diet and I want to lose weight but i dont want to. Do u understand? I want to lose weight but I want to eat fatty foods. Im so hungry all the time and the stuff my mom prepares and the sizes of the foods she gives me is a serving size but compared to my usual stuff is just NOTHING. Im so fat please help me. hello everyone, im starting to get realy depressed about not being able to run..i have been swimming alot and playing tennis and stuff but it just doesnt feel the same and its really getting me down i didnt go swimming today and i dont know why i just didnt feel like it but tomorrow i know for sure im going and to make up for what i didnt do this after noon ill practice extra hard at tennis but for good news i did great eatingwise well i just thought i would check in and if you have any input please post

hey i joined color guard for the summer and it will go into the school year has anybody hear ever done it ... i know its not strenuous or anything where you can lose a bunch of weight but it will keep me busy from eating and stuff and you sweat alllottt

today all i ate was a taco salad and then i went for a run. i don't usually eat this little but my dad forgot to go shopping so all there was to eat in my house was 2 month old left-overs. but i figured that it couldn't hurt me for just one day. plus i drank like 50 glasses of water.

hey guys, well i swam 72 laps in my pool today wow, thats a 1800 haha...i was watching my brother! yesterday i had basketball haha it went ok, i played all 3 games...didnt even get taking out!well right now im eating a salad, and its less than 100 cals! 1 serving of salad has 15 cals, i had 2 since it was my whole lunch. then the dressing italian only has 20 so that was like 50 cals! haha but yeah i had a doungout for breakfast...opps!!!!! thats kinda y i swam the 72 laps...oh well haha well good luck everyone

Hey you guys... I haven't been on this sitr for a couple of days.. I kinda gave up on my self.. I do so we'll all day and then I come home and eat everything... I have no will power at all, and a I really want to lose weight. I am 5"5 and 168 pounds... I've lost weight b4 and I felt so good about my self but then I gained it all back and ir really sucks... I have A LOT of problems in my life and I don't want weigh to be one of them, but unfortunatly it is. Food is the only thing I have control over, and I'm not sure what else I can do. ive been really down lately.. i just feel like im setting myself up for failure wiht my diet and that if id otn get to my weight goal that i will just die..its been like five days csicne i lost saw neone from school adn its killign em i miss seeign peopel i feel like a loser.. i haev a aparty next friday another pool party...great just what i need.. i just want to be skinny.. ive been tryign to excerise with my runnign in the morning.. i didnt wake up early this morning go firgure to go running.. i just dont kno what to do do uguys acutallly think its possible to go from 170 to 140 in like mid august??

hey all! I have been on this site mucho, and I love it. I have come to a problem though. I used to weigh 199 and I got down to a 148 around August and I unfortuanetly gained back a couple pounds, but I have managed it. I was weighing 153 this whole school year. But I just weighed myself and it was 157!!! AHHHH. Now I know it was after eating today and being dressed, but it is still depressing. Last night I came home at around 10:30, form being out with friends, adn I went straight to bed so I wouldn't eat. But then around 1:30 I got up and noticed my sis was home and watching t.v., so of course I grabbed food and plowed away! What can I say I had some major munchies!!! I hate them! I really don't wanna screw off this summer and gain weight like I used to. I want to be 140 by the time school starts up again. I have no problem with diets and exercising, it's just the fact of staying on them and not screwing off on the weekends. I was thinking about the fruit and veggie diet but I am not sure. For the past few days i have used WALK AWAY THE POUNDS the 2 mile tape, done 20 mins of pilates, and walked 2 miles around the neighborhood. I stopped drinking everything but water and have done many chenges to my eating habits! If i continue this exercise routine and eating habit how much can i lose in 2 months??

hey every1!! bad news :(! my mum is not letting me execise for the time being because i have recently been ill and i was getting better but now i am getting severe pains behind my ribs which might be a lung problem etc so im waiting to get a hospital appointment so i can find out whats wrong!! so i am completely banned from the exercise bike! ohwell i dont think i could manage 2 mins on it anyway i can hardly breathe! anywayz ttyl x

Ok todaii i have eaten Yougurt.. for breakfast Then i went for 1 hour of swim team then i had a bowl of plain noodles and light olive oil .. For a snack i had a dtring cheese and whole wheat penut butter and jelly.. I need to know wat else i should do>? I need so excerise i can do or somthing. I could always swim but swimming makes me tired and i usally end up getting out after 20 mins For dinner i have to go to a pizza buffet. ug.. wat should i do ? love always Amilia
