I came up with like a meal plan for me to eat tomorrow. (Breakfast)-1 banana, 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 1 tsp peanut butter (Lunch)-Alfredo pasta w/ green peas; one piece of mesquite chicken (Snack)-1 cup pineapple (Dinner)-w/e my mom makes but in small proportions (Snack)-carrot w/ ranch dressing What do you think? Good? Any improvements? I am gonna try to stay on this tomorrow. Thanks!

ok i just did that weight caculator thimgy and it said i sould weigh 86-126 lbs and i weigh 195 is that true if i weighed that much i think i would die from undernurishment.. im talkin more about the 86.. 130 is where i wunna be at

my 3rd post] ... ne wya today wasnt bad... i had cereal, toast, and milk for breakfasst, lunch i had a salsd but i didnt finish bc i put tooo much dressing on it, and dinner i had a less portionized bowl of spagetti than i usually do, i had some pringles wen i watched a movie(b4 dinner,) and i has butterscotch krimpets, b4 dinner... after dinner i had water ice.. is that bad for u?... im so happy bc itz late at night nd im not even that interested in eating somethin.... but just in case im not leavin mi room... hmm... DOES NE ONE HAVE MORE TIPS ON EXCERSISING, AND THE MOTIVATION I NEED TO DO IT?.. HELP ME!!

hey you guys i havent been on here for like three weeks...now that i have my summer break all to my self i have been trying to figure out a great eating plan that will go along with my excersize plan..its proving to be harder then it sounds ...here is my excersize plan: in the morning i do a denise austin video which is fourteen minutes and then at 1:30 i go swim for like four hours but it isnt complete swimming because i just hang out with my friends and then i do fourty laps..then at 8 i go an play tennis with my friends for an hour the only problem is i do so much excersize im having trouble sticking to my eating plan because my eating plan is eat every hour and a half so i can speed up my metabolism...so yeah i have a problem if you have any suggestions or pointers please tell me...and i went to caloriesperhour.com and it said my rmr is 1386 and i added up the rest of the calories i burned today not including the extra two hours of swimming that i did and the excersize video and it said i burned 2507 is that too much?

hey guys, um today...lets see i went to weight lifting at um like 7 and did that for like 45 min... i think im goin go running now...2 miles but i dont like running alone so i might wait for my friend to get back from drivers ed then go running with her. um then theres a bunch of people comming over to go swimming and um i have basketball tonight too for breakfast i had a special k bar for lunch im goin to have a lean pocket for dinner i havent decided because ill be in a hurry but i might have like a turkey sandwhich and a salad. do u think thats ok for today? i did a pilates tape yesterday..for stomic, but it was really great...it may take longer then killin urself with like 300 crunches but trust me its so more relaxing and excerzises are easy and u can really feel ur abs tighting. well anywys...good luck everyone!

So I haven't been on this site since last summer. And i find it really difficult to get motivated enough to exercise. For like two days in a row i went running. But once i stopped i couldn't get back in the zone to do so. I have pilates tapes and taebo tapes. which i usually just sit and watch..heh... instead of actually doing the exercises myself. So I was wondering if anyone had tips on getting motivated to do physical activities. I'm doing good on my diet. But I don't ever have energy to exercise. and obviously a smaller pant size isn't motivating enough. :[.. if you can help. it will truly be appreciated. thanks. :]

Today was pretty good. Breakfast- Cornflakes and an apricot Lunch- Sandwich Dinner-yogurt and some salad I also did taebo. So, I am pretty happy. I really hope I can seriously lose weight this time. I want this to work so much. I don't wanna be fat anymore. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!

Hey, I have been on this site before and sometimes I am a lurker. Anyways, I think this site is so great because most weight loss support groups are for mostly adults. Anyways, on to my question, what are some healthy things that are easy and quick that you like to have for breakfast? I have such a hard time trying to figure out what to eat!
