hey i just found this site today and i was really excited as i was reading these things....i am 14 ill be 15 in august i way about 195.. and im 5'2 i really wanted to get in to shape and to loose as much wieght as possible by school starts and i no itz a year away but i wunted to be ale to wear a bikini for the first time in my life by next summer... i was reeading some of the comments and EMIS u mentioned something like toning for teens what is it and do u think it willl help me?.. i have problems running because i run out of breath real fast... if ne one wants to help me leave and aim yahoo im or msn im screen name and ill talk to ya on there... or if ur more comfy on here... ill check in later tonight..please help me

Well didn't have the greatest weekend food/exercise wise but I started going strong yesterday and ate great yesterday and today...plus did a 50min cardio kickbox workout yesterday and i'm soooooo beat even today lol. I'll be back at the gym though tomorrow!! Hope everyone else is doing well on their diets!!! Goodluck and stay strong you can do it!!!

hey guys, i am 5'2 and 140 pounds. i used to be 135 pounds but ever since i started playing tennis when school let out i gained 5 lbs. i am goin to play in high school so they make us go to these camps. i play an 1 and a half hours daily and i watch what i eat. why am i gaining weight? i have only had junk food on one day since i played. this is really confusing. any ideas?

aww yess! i no this is my second post but i went outside to play some tennis and i put on a pair of jean shorts but all mine are dirty from florida so i put on a random pair and there 7/8's..!! there a little tight but they look fine and im soo soo happy..

I weight 130 pounds right now my height i 5'4 i was wondering can i lose 10 to 15 pounds by August 1st by running 2 miles and walking 1 mile everyday?

I am gonna start not weighing myself because it always brings me down when I havnt lost as much as planned or any at all... then I end up quiting my diet so I am gonna wait till my jeans are really loose then I am gonna weigh myself!! do you think thats a good idea??

oh by the way today i bought some shorts and they were a size 10.. i think im a size 8 but i didnt want them to be like wicked tight and short...so yeh but i think i actully look okay in them its a mircle!! im wearing them to school tommaro so we shall see how that goes lol i hope i look good!! well thats all toddles!!!

Hey!!!! I am looking for a really god diet. I am 5'5" and 160 lbs and I need to lighten up for voleyball. By August 8th I need to beable to run a mile in under 6 mins. It is torture for me right now. ok well i didnt do that wonderful today but here goes nothing....brek-whole grain ceral w/ 1/2 banana and some strawberries on top, 60 cal yougurt lunch-turkey sandwhich w/ a slice of cheese and tomato and lettuse, 1% milk (1 cup) and a small salad w. 1/4 of a packet of fat free ranch dressing.....snack-nectorine (like a peach) and one piece of whole wheat bread w/ light layer of peanut butter din din-97% lean hambuger (no bun) w/ a small potato and small salad w/ rasberry dressing and skim milk....Desert-chocolate soy ice cream (in a small bowl) lol...so i mean i didnt hav a terrifc day but i didnt do horrible...i streght trained for about 1/2 hour and drank lots of water...so i didnt do that bad did i?
