wutz up yall?well its me JENNIFER!the depressed one who hates herself.well how is everyone?im still sad but i have to know that i can change my body if i want to.like my tia said"EVERY BIG PERSON IS BEAUTIFUL IN THERE OWN WAY.LOVE YOURSELF BECAUSE YOUR THE ONLY YOU YOU GOT AND IF YOUR BIG GOD MADE YOU LIKE THAT FOR A REASON SO WAIT TO FIND OUT WHY."yea and i still feel depressed.i am the biggest one in the nieces.im heavier that all my boy cuzins too.everyone says i dont look big though.i jus did alot of exercises and i felt good.well im on a diet for good!yup...ima try to look good!hahahahehehe lol!well every one i love yall for the support some of yall have given me.jus know god loves you and he will help you change if he knows you love him.peace out to everyone... Hey. Ever since I started my diet, I have felt great. But, whenever I sit down for awhile, and get up, I am VERY dizzy. My dad said it could be from a lack of food. But, I am eating plenty. Is this happening because my body isn't used to eating as much as I am eating now? Because now, I only eat when I am actually hungry, when before, I ate whenever I felt like it. So will my body eventually adapt to it? Thanks.

I have been thinking about going back on the fruit and veggie diet...because i lost almost 20 lbs on that and now i have gained it back.. and i do exercise everyday but i need to cut back on the junk.. i need help bad. I'm bout 5'1 165-170. i want to get about 120 but hopefully 100 lbs. HELP!!!!!!!!.

waters great itz all i drink besides a daily cup of milk, but i cant drink that much, i feel like a fish, except im the one from finding nemo who is really gets really big (when they r in the equarium) lol... is there ne ways that i can drink more water, bc i feel dehydrated but wen i start drinking it i wonder if im drounding myslef because thats wut it feels like... yea i no im strange lol

hey, i have used these message boards before, and i really liked them..anyways, i am reading this book called "the ultimate weight solution for teens" it is by jay mcgraw, and i really suggest it for all of you.. it gives suggestions on how to boost your self asteem...i like it so far. anyways, my goal for this summer is to loose 10 pounds. right now, stand at '5 2", and walk at 135, and hints on how to drop the second number? thnx

Oh mi gosh guys!! I just did pilates for the first time and it was totally awesome!! You guys should try it too..just go to the library and check out a few beginner pilates videos for a few days and see if you like them and if you do, you can go buy some! I highly reccomend pilates!!

Today is going good! I woke up ate a bowl of crispix and then did leslie Sansone's WALK AWAY THE POUNDS the 2 mile walk. Then i ate 3 pieces of pizza...oops!But now i just did the 20-minute workout of winsor pilates. I feel great. This evening i'm going for a 30 minute walk thru my neighborhood. Buy WALK AWAY THE POUNDS!! Leslie is sooo encouraging and i've been doing it for a year and i'm still not bored!!

Hey, I have talked about this alot before and for that I apologize. But I want to know what I can do specifically to get rid of these "lovehandles" I have. It's like the only place left on my body where I have alot of fat. As I mentioned in another post, I can only afford to lose maybe 10 to 15 pounds if I want to stay healthy but I'm afraid they wont go away even if I lost that weight. Someone mentioned excersizes, but I researched it and I found out that you cant do excersizes to lose fat on a specific area of your body. So what excersizes are you guys talking about and how do I do them?

everyone always says, i excersie everyday, i run like two miles, and as embaressing as it is, i phisically cant run two miles without dropping dead. i start running and i pase myself, and then two minutes later i am completely out of breath and cnt run anymore. i no im out of shape but how can i get in shape if i can barely move without dying.

(I Am posting again fot the Second time)Hey guys iam new to this board and i really find this place interesting. Anyways, i am here to get someone's input and thought on this. I am 5'10 and i weigh 213 pounds. But the most I've ever weighed was 253. It only took me 2 months to get down to 213. But now summers here and 1 have 8 weeks left to try andlose about 30-40 pounds do any of you guys think this is possible to be able to lose the rest of my remaining weight and reach my goal which is 170. I came up with like a meal plan for me to eat tomorrow. (Breakfast)-1 banana, 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 1 tsp peanut butter (Lunch)-Alfredo pasta w/ green peas; one piece of mesquite chicken (Snack)-1 cup pineapple (Dinner)-w/e my mom makes but in small proportions (Snack)-carrot w/ ranch dressing What do you think? Good? Any improvements? I am gonna try to stay on this tomorrow. Thanks!

ok i just did that weight caculator thimgy and it said i sould weigh 86-126 lbs and i weigh 195 is that true if i weighed that much i think i would die from undernurishment.. im talkin more about the 86.. 130 is where i wunna be at

my 3rd post] ... ne wya today wasnt bad... i had cereal, toast, and milk for breakfasst, lunch i had a salsd but i didnt finish bc i put tooo much dressing on it, and dinner i had a less portionized bowl of spagetti than i usually do, i had some pringles wen i watched a movie(b4 dinner,) and i has butterscotch krimpets, b4 dinner... after dinner i had water ice.. is that bad for u?... im so happy bc itz late at night nd im not even that interested in eating somethin.... but just in case im not leavin mi room... hmm... DOES NE ONE HAVE MORE TIPS ON EXCERSISING, AND THE MOTIVATION I NEED TO DO IT?.. HELP ME!!
