Guys! I did GREAT today!!! [B: toast, grapes S: apple L: tuna sandwich D: turkey breast bagel w/ cream cheese S: tea and toast] I'm so determined to lose some weight...or at least not GAIN during the holidays! My goal is 105lbs by February...just in time for Valentines day! I'm 5"2.5, by the way.

Hi every1 i weigh 187 and am 5"7 ish and want to get down to 160 ish by around april i guess or may. i need some help so if any1 wants to help me plz reply. i wanna lose my fat and get toned and i just need some help with the eating and an exercise plan so plz reply asap if you can help thanx. Hey. I weigh 150 and I'm 5'0. I want to weigh somewhere between 105-115 at the most. I can't seem to stick to a diet or anything. Could you guys give me some tips that you use that helps you stay motivated? Thanks a lot to anyone that replies! -Margaret

oh my gosh. i cant believe myself. well i did okay the whole day..breakfast-cheerios, lunch-chicken sandwich/pear, snack-pear, dinner-chicken n dumpblings, green beans. then i had a banana, then i had like 20 ritz crackers, then i had an orange. then i had like 4 tbsps of peanut butter. then i had a recese. omg. im gonna jumprope toinght for 30 min. but i did so bad!

hey.... well the day b4 yesterday i did 1 mile on the gazelle and none yesterday and almost 2 miles today im going to finsh the mile in a little while! my goal weight is 100 lbs i am 5ft 160 im going to do a mile on the gazelle everyday and go for a walk/jog every night. i hope i can do this oh yea last time saying this lol im going to go back on the fruit and veggie diet this time im going to be very very strict any tips? well goodluck everybody! :)
