ok you guys, I am 5'6 and i was 147 ibs. about last month. Since then I've probably become heavier, adnd 147 is over what my weight should be. I have been a vegetarian for about two months and some statistics show you gain weight without eating meat. I am active in sports and I do Yoga, but nothing seems to work. Please give me some ideas that are reasonable to bring and keep my weight down.

hey everyone thanks for the comments...well today i offically started the last diet in my life....eating anything but JUNK! and i have been drinking half a gallon of water a day, and i started walking home again...which is like 25 minute walk...so hopefully i will start exerciseing during break my goal is to lost 10 pounds before new years!

hey everyone...im like really over weight im 5 foot 6 inches...and im about 209 pounds...im the only really fat girl outta all my friends and like im really getting sick of it....i might consider starving myself or something its kindda driving me crazy....ive been fat my entire life...and its just annoying now ! i tried everything: pills, drinking a gallon of water a day, woke out videos, atkins diet, etc...i cant stick to anything i just pig out when i get home!!

I am 5'4 and about 140 lbs. now mostly in my stomach and my thighs. What can I do to work my abs? I like doing crunches but what else will work? Thanks guys!

Okay guys. I really REALLY need help. I have no idea what to do. I have never dieted before. I'm going away in February to south america so I really need to lose atleast 20 pounds cause it's going to be hot and bathing suits are a must. I'm 5'2 and i weigh 140. I have a horrible body most fat on my stomach and legs. I really want to lose this weight. Can I do it in two months? I really have no clue what so ever on what I should eat.. and what excercises I should be doing. If you have any tips whatsoever I would really REALLY appreciate it. Hi.. I'm not sure about why im so overweight.. im 14, 5'4 and abotu 170lbs.. i dont eat breakfast or lunch, only because theres no time.. and then i come home and eat something unhealthy like a bowl of coca puffs or something.. eat a healthy dinner.. n then maybe another unhealthy snack.. and i run a 1/2 mile a day.. i know i dont eat healty twice a day.. but still i dont eat much.. why am i so overweight AND HOW CAN I LOOSE IT AND STOP MY BAD HABITS!?.. thanks

Okay, I'm sick with mono, I will be for about another week probobly. I need some help with some easy workout things I can do that dont take too much energy. I also need a diet plan. Or is it okay if since I only eat a medium size dinner and about one junk food snack during the day? Well I've lost 2 pounds since yesturday. But is this healthy? What should I add or take out?
