Hey you guys i really need some help i want to try out for cheerleading next year for high school. I'm in the 8th grade and i'm 5'5" and i weigh 279 it so horrible, how can i lose weight by june for try-outs. I think i need to weigh 130 - 135. Please help!

ive had strep for the last 2 days and so all ive had is one bowl of chicken noodle soup, juice, and water...i feel sooo sick but i even threw up the soup water and juice... :( oh i went to the doctor yesterday and im 5'6 and weigh 143 lbs now...

i try so hard to lose weight, i run 2 miles a day weight lift, and i also have basketball and volleyball practice. why wont it come off! it wont it wont and i eat 1200-1500 calories a day!

ok- so i FINALLY was able to sneak onto my host parents scale (when no one was in the house besides me) and I weigh less then i though i might which makes me happy. I figured i was all the way up at 180- but i checked and i am a plump 167 (76kg). So now i plan to "weigh in" just once a week to see if my efforts are making any difference. I have always tried to loose weight before but i never stuck with it. But i have a diffinate plan of action now. I have this book my mom sent to me-to get you physically prepared to join the Royal Canadian Airforce. Im not canadian and i dont plan on joining- but the exercises in the book are really good-and you change your workout every 12-15 days, PLUS it starts you at teh very bottom- and im not so strong so this is really good. Plus i have a really hard 1.5hr basketball traing sesion on mondays and i swim with my friend on wednesdays. Im not going on... sorry my last post was soooo long- Heres what it said in short- for those of you who are daunted by such length. :) I weighed in at 167 and plan to weigh in once a week. Keeping on track with my exercise plan, been with it for a whole 7 days-- ill check in tomorrow im sure!

gosh i did really good up until dinner! But im not sure if its that bad, breakfast-special k bar (90 cals") lunch-yogurt-100, 100 cal pack-100. Snack-special k bar -90. then i had basketball for 45 mins. I also jumproped for 30 min. and i lifted weights for about 30 min. but for dinner i had these fryed chicken strip things (only 2) small amount of fetucini pasta, and corn. is this that bad/?? tomorow i plan to have cream of wheat and a banana for breakfast, peanutbutter crackers, raisins, and grapes for lunch, special k bar for a snack, and i ahve a basketball game. the we are having pizza for dinner on the way back from the game. That's all ther will be..but do you think its okay? since im burning it off and eating healthy the rest of thd ay?

Hey guys I weigh 400lbs and my height is 5'4or 5'5 give or take. I've been overweight sence like birth, when I was born I probable came out with a tub of lard, I just recentlty found this site and this is my first post I want to weigh around 110-ish so that means I have to loose 285lbs. yes I relize its alot, but I am dedicated I just was wondering is one of you guys/girls could just help me get on the right foot to start, if you could I would greatly appericate it. I'm not overweight, but I weigh more than most of my friends. I'm taller than a lot of people in my grade, so they just say I'm bigger. <--That's not my problem, just a bit of backround info. My problem is that I'm sick. We had Thanksgiving break for the whole week of Thanksgiving and so I didn't have very much exercise, and I ate much more then usual. And then when we came back to school (the end of Nov. and beginning of Dec.) I didn't go to school because I'm sick (they think it's mono). So I haven't had any exercise for 2 weeks because I get my

Hey yall I am 14 and weigh 180.
