i haven't binged in quite a few days which makes me happy. i've been staying below 1500 which is great and sticking with the less than 200 carbs, less than 2000mg sodium, more than 20g fiber, more than 60g protien and 100% calcium. i'm eating very healthy to say the least. i need to exersize more though- but i'm just going to concentrate on making my diet stick for a very long time right now. i know i'm getting the firm for christmas and i can't wait because it looks so good! i am going to interchange taebo, yoga, and the firm when i get the firm. i'm going to get really fit this summer because i want to be on varsity tennis come spring so i'll be working a lot on my endurance and flexibiliy. i still need to lose about 25 lbs but i'm not even going to concentrate hard on that untill i get the firm. i'm just going to make these good eating habits permanent. wow- i feel pretty good about... Ive found the best way to help boost your weight loss. Dont try any diet pills etc because they do not work and are bad for your health. Just try drinking 2-3 glasses of water before each meal. Chances are you will be that full you wont feel like eating as much. You'll have to make regualar trips to the toilet im afraid though but you've always got to pay a price. Give it a go though becuase it really works. ;D

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!! I KNOW im over wieght, I know that i am NEVER happy when it comes spring time and i cant hide in my big sweatshirts anymore, and yet i still have no motivation!!! Its sooo annoying. Im fine with exercise and all that but the food stuff really gets to me. Its like three seconds of good taste and then boom, more lbs. And i dont even feel bad afterwards or anything!! Im not overweight enough for it to be a health problem, YET, and i dont want to let it get there!!! HELP!!!

well i dont know if i am doing good today or not but for breakfast i had fat free strawberry yougart with a bananna, for lunch i had a salad with fat free ranch and fat free cottage cheese and for dinner i had a turkey roast, and mash potatoes with vegtable. please respond oh and i did some ab work outs on my 6-second abs

Hey guys...today: B:tuna sandwich L:rice and ribs, carrots D: SUSHI...lots of it S: grapes. Gosh...that's alot of food, isn't it? Oh well...I worked out all day cuz I was at work. I'm a waitress, so I run around nonstop for about 7 hours.

Im 5'4 and about 160 pounds. I would really like to be around 125-130 pounds. It seems that every thing i try to do doesnt work and i get bored with it and "give up", what would u suggest is a good method as to losing the 30 pounds.. ? please help.

hey peeps, i've been on the south beach diet for 12 days, and so far, i've lost 13 lbs. its basically about for the first two weeks u eat anything execpt fruits and breads, and no ice cream! then after the first 2 weeks you can slowly add normal foods back on. within the first two weeks you will lose about 8-13 (thats what the book says)- good luck to all who are trying to be healthy!
