I'm 17 and i weight 270lbs and I Want to lose 70lbs I have been overweight scince i turned into a teenager. I really want to look good just like all of you but I seriously don't know were to start. I need to know what Kind of schedule to have. If anyone has any Idea please reply with a FULL PLAN on how I could start and maintain Succesful weight Loss

Hey people i really dont know what to do. I have got a wedding coming up just before christams and have got a week to lose as much weight as possible and look good. My ex boyfriend will be there and im dreading going if i havent lost weight. Ive been going on the sunbeds so ive got a tan and ive had my nails done. Also, my hair has been extended and i really want to "wow" everybody who'll be going. What can i do to lose some weight? Thanks

I feel so guilty today :( i am so depressed now. it was going good for breakfast i had special K cereal with a 1/2 cup of skim milk and with water, then for snack i had grapes and then lunch i had a salad with fat free dressing with an apple and then i felt guilty because i had my friends pudding and then in foods i had some chocolate chips. could this really effect my weight loss. please help..thanks

i did this work out tho & wondered if u guyz cud tell me if i need 2 do more !i run 3/4 a mile then walk home (5 min walk)then i do 60 crunches on the ground then 30 side bend things on each side holing 5 lbs then 60/45 push ups!*~THANX~* o ya & im 5'3'' 135

hey everybody i am new here to and there is alot of things that iwould like to know? i am a little overwieight and i have struggled with it for a while now. i was wondering how it affects yall in yalls everyday life do yall get made fun of and picked on or do yall fit in well with everyone else and get treated the same. how does it make you feel? i know how it makes me feel but i was wondering how every one else felt and how it affets them. i would apreiate your replies!!!!!!!!thanks

how does this sound B toast. L sandwich or soup. D somthing thats around 600-700 cals and a 200 cal snack. gona try and exercise 2.

Yeh i've been loseing weight. I need to lose about 13 more pounds. So far the diet i have been on is not working any suggestions for what i could change too.

I'm a waitress. But today I resisted the temptation of eating at work. I did SO well!!! Yay! B: tuna sandwich L: Starbucks lowfat fruit bar, coffee D: turkey breast bagel. I feel sick, though...do most of you lose your appetite when you get sick?

Has anybody tried the Cabbage Soup Diet? You are supposed to loose 10-17 lbs in 7 days. I know that it sounds insane, so I was wondering if it actually works like that???? I wanna use it as a jump start for my diet. Then after the week is over I would eat a balanced diet again. But I will increase my caloric intake gradually, so that I don't gain all the weight back. What do you think???????Thanks. By the way, I'm 5'5 and 145 lbs. I really need more advise and opinions!!!

im frustrated because we dont really run enough or get our heart rate up enough at basketball pract ice! well today for breakfast i had a bowl of vanilla almond cereal special k, lunch-tuna and cracker lunch, snack-special k bar, v8 splash, dinner-healthy choice meal. is this okay for not doing a whole lot of excersise?

Hey! My birthday is on Xmas and my friend wants to take me to a hotel with a pool that opens on th 23rd I believe.... NE WAYS.... I can't show my body in a bathing suit! I am 5'5 and 162 lbs, and would LOVE to lose at the very least 10 lbs by the 23rd. Today is the 13th. Is it possible to lose 10 lbs in 9 days without hurting my body? Hello, well i heard that is better to work out in the morning because you havnt eaten anything well i dont have time in the morning and i was wondering if any one can tell me if u can lose the same amount of weight if you do it eaither after school around 230 or at night? please help and can someone tell me what foods are high in protein and low in cals. ?

soi've been on a diet for about a week now and I lost 4 pounds. the weird thing is that I think its unsafe to lose 4 lbs in a week...i mean im not hungry usually and very used to it. i've been exercising for 40 mins a day.Do you think its ok to lose alittle extra ponds the first week of dieting?
