Today in foods class we have to eat cookies and choc. candy. our teacher makes us eat at least one, should i eat a couple and would that effect my weight loss.

I found this diet online The Mayo Clinic DietYou do it for 12 days and then stop for 2 days and eat sensibly and then do it again and keep doing it untill you lost all the weight that you wanted. So here it is: For breakfast you have 1/2 grapefruit, 2 eggs cooked any style, 2 slices of bacon, and tea. For lunch you have 1/2 grapefruit, salad with REAL dressing (not low fat or reduced calorie), fresh veggies, unlimited meat. im gunna eat watever today...i was on the tredmil at 4 this morning only for 20 min going at 3.5 mph....i did crunches for a few minutes and after school im going straight to the gym for like 2 hours on the stair thing and tredmil...i cant lift bc i had a game last night and i tumbled and the it was on cement so my hands are too swollen and painful to pick up or grab anything :0

For the record, all those diets that say you will lose like 10 pounds in a weak are all fake. You are just losing water weight. I have tried every diet under the sun like that and the weight just comes back very easily. the best way is the old-fashion way. balanced, healthy meals and excersize. im 5'3" and 100 pounds i used to be 167. you just need to disipline yourself. set small goals. my best friend and i made a sort of race to see who could reach their goal the fastest. I won.

Hey guys what's up?Well alot has happened so I'll shoot, okay well I mantanied a very small diet for the past 5 days and did 12 times of going up the stairs everyday (I did 24 total going up and down) now I'm on a more relaxed diet, and doing cardio aerobics class and taking power yoga ( real relaxing) and I'm gonna see how it goes this is my stats...Weight before 5 day diet and exercise: 410Weight after 5 day diet and exercise: 350At least I'm getting somewhere...*HaPpY hOlIdAyS* Be safe..

IS this good? Breakfast- honey nut cheerios Lunch- a roast beef sandwich with a little french onion dip, with chocolate milk and a fruit cup After School snack- p.b.and j sandwich, yogurt, and cranberry juice Dinner- chicken, potatoes, corn, and gravy....plus 3 glasses of water and excercise for 45 minutes...is that good? what can i improve? thanks!!!

I'm just wondering, how many situps can you guys do in a minute? and how many pushups in a row? if you don't know try it, because i really want to see how i compare. and when u do sit ups what kind are u doing (like hands behind head or not, legs under a chair or not)

Hi i am Jessica and I am 14 years of age and I weigh 150lbs and that is not good at all it may be good to some people these days but when you are at a school when judging people from the moment they see you that is all they think about is how skinny you are how fat you are or how pretty you are and so on!! omg i am soo mad! i wanted to eat really healthy this week so that i could kinda enjoy the holidays a lil bit. so today i had breafast-hot chocolate, special k bar, lunch-lunchable(300 cals) with an orange, snack-special k bar, banana. dinner- little bit of chicken alfredo/piece of toast. i had a bball game too. omg so i did good! but THEN, i just went crazy, I hadl ike a bunch of peanutbutter, crackers, cereal, special k bar, cheese. I know its not bad stuff, buti had WAY too much, i am about to puke from it. omg i gained like 3 pounds from it i swear. then tomorow we are having a party so pizza/cake. omg! i am PISSED!

hiya, i have lost 45lbs since august and im still going. i cant believe wot a difference in my life its made, im a different person now. i never though i wud b able 2 do it. i have been overweight for 10 years and its just been getting worse and i have been on every diet imagionable but the answer is so simple. something just needs to click in ur head, for me it was the realisation of how much more overwieght i was than evryone else and how unhappy it was making me. diets are no good, u just put the weight bak on wen u come off them, u just need to eat healthily and look after ur body. i joined a gym and try to go at least once a week. i also got a job ontop of skool which is tiring. i eat so much fresh fruit and veg and always make sure i have high fibre cereal in the morning. i dont eat alot of chocolate or candy or chips. dont stop urself eating anything but dont eat too much or too...
