ok im not large im normal but i have a BIG PROBLEM!! pleassseee help me when i look in the mirror i cry... i have large stretch marks. on my thighs hips but and breasts,.. i have a nice body and use to show it off ALL the time w/ short shors and such but now i cant i have been so depresed,and am losing more weight thinking that maby that will help but its not i NEED somthing to help my red stretch marks PLEASE!!! hi everyone. i was wondering if any of u feel the same way as i do. i'm fat and disgusted by what i see in the mirror everyday. i try to go on diet but i just can't stick with it. i also blame weight and ugliness on not EVER having a boyfriend in my entire life. and i'm already 16. i've NEVER even gone on a single date before. if any of u r going through the same thing or have any advice please reply. thank u very much

To Jessica: For breakfast: i packet of flavored- ussually peach(yummie). Lunch: regular school lunch- ex: hotdog, veggie- fries,or corn - fruitcup & milk 1%, Dinner: whatever mom makes small porportions. I do Gym at school everyday, and I'm starting volleyball training. i do occationally eat sweets,I lost most of the weight during the summer - 20lbs. - Hope this helps! chiao, ttyl!

I need help! I lose weight before but i regained it, and now im trying to lose it again but I'm finding it so hard! I just cant stick to any diet for more than 1 day. I am so confused as to what is the right way to lose weight! And advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

Ht. 5'9", Today: 193 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 160 lb - from my other post: im 5'9 193 pounds i want to be at least 160. I cant stay on a diet! Do you think its to hard to try to lose 2 lb a week? I really want to just lose 2lb a week until i reach like 160, 170 cause i really need to lose it, then lose 1lb. I seriously cant stay on diets. Why is it so hard? Ht. 5'5", Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 91) - Hey! I'm 13 years old 5'5 and 148 pounds. I used to exercise 3x a week for 30 minutes but I read somewhere that it actually better to exercise 6x a week for 15 minutes because after 15 minutes the exercise has less and less an effect on ur body. Any one have any aerobic execise ideas please post. I'm mostly into the treadmill but i do some exercises wiht light weights 3x a week.
