Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I am eating less, I love swiming, so much.. Water gun is fun, you got all scoked I was with my male friend almsot a week a go. He told me I look good, had lost some weight! I ate only one cookie, and only a hambguer with ketacup or none. Very tiny amount. I had a glass of water and ice tea, helahty.. He is encourgeing to keep going he told me not to give up, He is supporting me!!! having someone will to encourge to keep going, for your weight loss..

Ht. 5'3", Start: 263 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - woooowwwwwsoo i was just looking at some post of mine from last summer andd i'v made so much progress ! :D that makes me even happier !! about this time last summer i had 110+ pounds to lose to get to 150 ! now i only have 60 more pounds :) i dont not caree about what my "healthy weight" is ! it doesnt really matter as long as im LOSING weight and looking good :) , from now on im going to update with ONLY positive things nothing negative ,, and like i said IF I CAN DO IT YOU CAN DO IT ! :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 160 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 135 lb - Hey! I want to lose weight because I've been the fat kid since 3rd grade. My friends mom is a modeling agent and said that I have a pretty face and I could model if I lost weight.Here is a guide to figure out how much you should weigh according to height:
start with 100lb for the first 5 ft and for every inch add 5lb so if you are 5'5 you'd want to be 125lb for example.
When you are hungry drink water because sometimes people mistake thirst for hunger and it will fill you up. My cousin was anorexic and she taught me a lot about weight loss. Even though she wasn't right to stop eating I learned a lot from her. I hope I can go back to school a new me this year!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 165 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 125 lb - The only reason I lost 5lb was because I was really sick and it will prob come back. I've been trying to lose weight for years now, but I can't. I don't really like fast food and I eat really healthy. I'm a vegetarian. I swim laps everyday,ride my bike for hours and go hiking for whole days with my parents. I've tried everything! Any advice? I really need help. My doctor wasn't any help at all-he just said "Lose weight!"

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 157 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 118 lb - I keep dreaming that I reached my goal 118, I cry when I am moving around, it makes me sad, I go like where is 118 pounds, I mean I keep excrisieng, but the weight is being so slow, I wanted to be 125 pounds right now, it is anoying, for me, I srank almsot 3 pant size, and almost two shrit sizes.. It can be very anoying.. I feel like giving up sometimes.. But then I say no to that, I cant give up anymore, I know guys deafting junk food can be very hard to avoid since some of us are raised on it, or were and no longer are. I quiet eating a lot of junk food at parites. I gave up orange soda several mounths back.. And even sprite, and I used to love drinking it. But when I drink it, I get a bad taste in my mouth.. I cant stand it anymore.. I been geting skin off my meats. I give the skins to my dog and cats. They love skin..

these tips have really helped me lose the weight!
1. Drink a glass of water before every meal you eat
2. CUCUMBERS ARE YOUR BEST FRIEND. i eat them as if they were potato chips and are great for the summer heat! (95% water)
3. If you can't handle the heat while working out, try to workout when the sun is about to set.
4. eat as much of your favorite fruit/vegetable before going over to a party so you wont be tempted!

I guess I will find out, Tomrrow is going to be tempting, and I can defeat it again, at my girl's house, it is difficult with all of that food, It is anoying, and I am not going to gain all of that weight again, I know most of us are going to be at BBQs.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 79), Goal: 120 lb - My doctor said I was really obese and that I was a risk of diabetes. I lost a lot of weight and I felt proud. I got a lot of attention from everyone and finally got those solos at dance. But then my mom said I looked to awfully skinny and my doctor said I need to gain 'some' weight.But I don't know how much. At first losing weight was so hard, but then I changed my lifestyle and got the hang of it and it was easier. Now I feel like I can control my weight. All of you out there don't give up cause in the end you will feel proud of yourself!

I bought a corset dress off ebay size xxl and it came and it dont fit me im so upset its not even cool.
