Ahha, I got myself remoivitoned I am going to star over, tomrrow,, I am going to fight this weight! I been siting around to much, that is going to end from now on, girls you have inspried me to get moving I like being encourged,, I am very seriurss with my weight this time, the nurse was in to much in a hurry.. But I am going to back on track with excirse starting tomrrow! I am never going to give up ever again, I think gave up to easily,, I think I binged eating, I stoped that like enough is enough,, I want to be healthy for myself and life, so I dont get strokes, I am not really a junk food eater.. I go to MCDONALS's I get a horrible taste in my mouth.. I am really worried about becoming obese I am going to do something about it.. which means now, not later. I am going to fix mistakes and lazyness and resolve to do better and I hope to 104 pounds by this coming Spring 104 pounds here I come or 108 pounds if I grow more.. I get nuts when I get pms, I get cravesing ahha. You know what I get choclate I eat half of it and put the rest of it away. For later or the next day to snack on.. Having my computer off during the day helps me, so I dont end up on for then I should .. I am going to do better with my weight loss tomrrow! I am not to give up anymore!! never ever again! I want to be somewhat healthy when I go vist my grandma for Thanksgiving! I am not going to binge at Thanksgiving or Christamss! I am going to eat small bites instead of big, no seconds ever. Ht. 5'1", Start: 149 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Ive been eating more and more. I weighed myself at 156 pounds today which is the highest ive ever been. Ive been eating alot of fatty foods like donuts, chips, chocolate and drinking alot of soda. My stomach looks alot bigger. And my jeans are snug on me. I think ive hit a growth spurt in height and thats why ive been so hungry. Help?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 139.5 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - Hey! havnt been posting much but i just wanted to remind everyone not to give up!!! just keep pushing and soon enough that boulder will move :) today i had a pretty intense workout...i biked 9 miles and i also went to the gym...where i did machines, elliptical, treadmill on 6.0 for 5 minutes straight and some other stuff... im getting closer 2 my goal and im trying to speed up the process! my snacks now are apples and bananas :)good luck every1!!

I cant stand when I have food stareing at my face, drives, me crazy, does anyone on here go through that cycle. I get very crankey when I have food stareing at my face.. It been a while since I been addicted to food. Now I cantroll it, porstion cantroll is important,, When I was a preteen coke did not have cornsyupr, instead it had real sugar.. I am sad, that coke has no longer have real sugar.. It is the taste I remeber.. Loseing weight, is a good deal, example, girl 5'1 150, pounds. She has to plan, what exciressing she plans, to do. And how many calories, she will eat, water, she courses drinks. A year later, she weighs 100 pounds at 5'1 by eating less, excrsieing. More, new clothes, are nice, when you get to your weight goal!. Picture that! being a healthy weight, you would go like wow I did! this an encourgeing story. I hope this helps, Jessica16.

And great exercise too :D I just jog with my friends, or go on really long walks and we just talk. I ride my bike a lot. I was like I dont like the pictures I weighed 165 pounds, at 5'2-5]2]1]2. That was jsut embarssening and lazyness, I dont want to go back being 165 pounds ever again in my life. I still have an issue on weekends being on the computer for 2-3 hours I need help with that,, I am no logner food binge eater anymore, ever since the beginning of this year . Febuary 14, 2011. March I joined, I gained the five pounds , but then I manged to get it off, I was really frusted of not being able to fit 11}12 Juniours, I had to wear a size 13}14 = 32" waist. Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 141 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - so im really happy because 2day the scale said 141.0!! its coming off.. slowly but surely. It still bugs me though, how i have all this fat on my stomach- i want it 2 just all GO AWAY... but until my fairy god mother grants that wish i guess ill just have to keep working hard. Schools are supposed to make it good for you yet sometimes they make it so hard! For almost the whole day today my school had boxes of donuts out- we had an activity in the morning, so i have almost 1-but not the whole thing and NO MORE. it was so hard! well im keeping at it and yesterday i had a pretty intense workout. what i always wonder is...once i am a healthy weight- will i have a 2 pack on my stomach or what??? i can feel the muscle but as i said-theres still fat. well this is the end of my random posting since i havnt posted in a while... sorry for the length <3 u guys and good luck on losing weight! so many children have to go through weight issues and we should be proud of what we are going through and just think of the end result!
