Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Hey... just exercised for a hour and a half! Burned around 600 calories! Yay! Can't wait for January, my parents are putting me into my city's soccer team! I can't wait! Need to be at least 145 by Jan 25th. Wish me luck! Hows everyone's diet going?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 240 lb, Today: 237 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!! Im getting closer and closer to my goals!! But only one thing, I feel guilty after I eat too much. But I guesse that's normal, idk. But yea. Im gonna start controlling my portions and making them smaller so I wont feel guilty and so Ill lose weight a little bit faster. Tell me how you weight loss journey is going!! =P

later im going to go shopping for a new winter jacket!Im excited and nervous but ya know it happens,nothin more i can do than sit back and chill right?lol!also im going to go walking (thxx Jessica<3) and do some exercises....=) the consesion stand was knida boring but whatever cuz we will have a kick butt prom...(keepin it g-rated =D) OHH so Michael and Me(to infinity) are becoming really good friends!=D Were talking on a daily basis,and sometimes he comes over to bug us for lunch money,but only when Amanda leaves so he can sit next to me!!(im asuming)JT and I are also becoming really good friends,but in a weird flirtatious kinda way!=Dbut enogh bout tht,I NEED MOTIVATION!HELP!!!!!(please)well thts bout it might post l8r might not!wish me luck,byeeee<3 ::D (La la la Whatever,la la la it dosent matter la la la oh well!:P!)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - What the point giving up for loseig 1 lb? no point right! Root Bear from stores is 270 calories, I was shcokcd that I drank the whole bottle,I was like not drinking that for a while,I like Swordas Root Bear better,diet I usually get,dont get sodas that are 270 calories.To high,Christmas is round the conoer. Crazy.

I really want to go to a weightloss camp this summer ut i am extremely sensitive over my wife and i dont know how to tell my parents...I get very,very,very emabarrased talking aout my weight so i dont know what to do? Ive wanted to go to it for three years!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Hey! Packin' up all my frumpy clothing! No more over sized jackets or sweat pants! I need to wear light clothing with I exercise, so I had my mom buy me a Danskin Now workout jacket, size LG for extra breathable room, with pants (Size 10) and sneakers. Walking with my younger sisters is really fun and I forget its actually exercise! I walk about 6 miles a day with them. Their not overweight, but love to help me exercise and eat better. Their sooo sweet!
Did you know cleaning burns 200 calories an hour!? I already clean 1 hr and a half a day b/c thats how I earn my allowance. That means I burn 300 calories just by doing my chores!
Dieting is really refreshing. I feel more energized, happy and confident when exercising.
Portion control is becoming easier, I don't even want seconds anymore. I take what I'm supposed to eat (1 serving) and don't come back to the table. Instead, I take my dog on a walk around the neighbor hood.
My family and I rescued 5 dogs (3 are puppies) so I take them around the block twice a day.

really havent been doing much exercise,but on sunday-monday i was workin out with my bff amanda!she is not overweight at all but she says she wants to get a flatter stomach.Anyway,tomorrow i have to work a conseccion stand for our school play after school,oo what fun!(sarcasm if yall couldnt tell!)but,over the long holiday i was texting Michael<3 with amanda(mostly me) and he fell asleep at 2 in the morin so i was like-- Ok then goodnight...:)--then in another text after tht i was like ill tell ya bout my hickey cut l8r. the he was like hickey cut? i said yea,lol --oh good mornin btw and he said mornin! =D i was soo happy!lol(i feel like a duchepickle)but i dont think im gonna make my 5lbs by Christmas=( but what ever my stupied mom probally isnt gonna let me go to semi anyway,but what ever i really dont even friggen care bout anything 2day.ugh.oh b4 i go,do u think a size 8 is to big 4 a 7th grader,im just bout in a 6 but whatever.cyall l8r byee<3

I haven't been keeeping up with my diet, i've been overeating again and I haven't even picked up my Insanity workout DVDS. Sometimes I wonder what's even the point, maybe I'm just supposed to be heavy :/

Ht. 5'5", Start: 282 lb, Today: 282 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - HOW EVERYONE TODAY!i did great today had a small bowl of life cereal with 1% milk it was great and a glass of orange juice for lunch i had a 1/4 of a sub and a cup of light popcorn and a bottle of water feeling more energized already! getting my gym membership tis weekend startignt next week but walked hom from school today took about 45 minutes then walked my dog when i got home. by christmas i hope to be 5 pounds lighter:) dads doing a craft show saturday and sunday get to do both and i have alot of walking up hills pulling carts behind me so it will be a good work out then i get to walk around the college campus so even more exercise on top of packing up so hopeing this weekend goes well wish every one a good day :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Lost another pound :)! My sister and I are going walking for 1 hr when my mom gets home from picking up her prescription. I went walking at 7 this morning with my puppy Cheyeanna, but it was cut short b/c it was cold and she wouldn't walk, shes such a baby.
Ate 1/2 a bananna and glass of milk for breakfast, I was supposed to eat a 1/2 cup of cheerios, but I'm not a big breakfast person. That equaled to 150 calories. Good start.
So how's everyone's diet going? Overall, I'm doing better then I expected. Last night, my mom made rice with cream of mushroom soup. Normally, I would fill an entire bowl up, twice. But instead I ate 1/4 of the bowl, no mushroom soup, with 2 Morning Star Farms vegan Chin'k nuggets. It only equaled to 300 calories.
I've also summed everything up: Eating less + exercising more + believing in yourself = weightloss.
