HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! My parents just announced that we're going on a cruise for spring break and I usually don't go swimming cause I look bad in a suit, but I can't really avoid swimming on a cruise, so I need to lose 30 lbs. in 3 months!!!! Can anyone give me some good things to eat and excercise plans????? THANKS SOOO MUCH!!!!!!

Today: 180 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Guess what. i went totally in to shock just recently (hence the name) when i weighed myself. i promised myself that i would never weigh 180+ and the scale said i was 182.5!!! ahhhh no wounder i look so fat!!! i'm doing this for my health so at least i have the reason to, plus i want to be able to wear better clothing. if i could get down to a size 8 i would be so happy, and my goal weight will definantly be a smaller size than that. i ws 160 a year ago and a size 10,now i am a size 14 and bigger.and my legs look all lumpy. ewwwww.i want to lose 60lbs, but its kind of difficult when your dad cooks hot dogs twice a week!! that right there is my fault. what are healthy dinners that are easy to fix for a dad who doesn't cook???? i found some other things i can do for cravings. also, i need all the ideas for exercise i can get. i am a nice person and i deserve a nice package, right. thanks and good luck to all. p.s. i lost 2.5 lbs!

Hey my name is Carly, i'm 15 and im in the 9th grade. since the beginning of this school year, I've gained 15 pounds which is very unlike me. I have stopped watching what I eat and have tried to start eating healthy again, but i find that it is just too hard. I dont know what could be causing this weight gain b/c i am an active person. I am involved in field hockey, indoor and outdoor track. The weight that i have been gaining however I've noticed is in my theighs, hips, buttocks, and breast areas. Can anyone offer tips, help, advice, anything at all would be greatly appreciated.

i love food have no energy for exercise and hardly any friends because im always depressed,i kinda need help maybe i should become anorexic or sumthin its easy i guess.

Tell me if this is to much to eat all day: 4 glasses of chocolate milk(made by myself), toast, orange, 2 glasses of water?
Then tell me if this is a good eating plan:breakfast: orange, toast, apple/ lunch: 2 oranges, with water and an apple or plum/ supper: orange plum and apple, water, and maybe i little bit of wat mom makes for supper. plz reply and tell me how that sounds.PLZ REPLY!!

Hi guys, I'm writing this to remind you that you should go look in the archives. I've been on here for awhile (a little more than 2 years) and I know that there is a lot of good 'stuff' on some of the posts, and even the messages. I really like the ones from (i think his name is) Dan.
Oh, and somebody asked if water made you lose weight or gain it, well, it does both. You are made up mostly of water, and when you first start to lose weight, it's a lot of water weight, but if you start drinking a lot of water, you can gain it back. Water also makes you gain weight when you've eaten a lot of salt. But, water also releases toxins out of your body from food. Basically, the stuff that your body does need, so you really really need to drink at least some water! So, as long as you drink a lot of water, and go to the bathroom a lot, then you shouldn't have to worry that you're carrying around water weight. Also, I have been thinking on going on slimfast for breakfast and lunch, is there anybody out there who has tried it that could maybe tell me what it did for them? Thanks! ~Michelle

oooo yea'z i'z 4got if yall wanna awesome workout tape get dis one called WALK AWAY THE POUNDS its tite u can go ta Walmart and get it there for 20$ (the full set 1st mile, 2nd mile, 3rd mile, plus the weight balls which are jus weights in a ball shape for better holding) and i also suggest (if u get the tape) to do the first mile every night until u feel ready ta do the 2nd one iight ima bounce if ya gotz ne questions hit me up at XxBeBeGaNgStAxX@aol.com

hey everyone how are u doing? i hope great!! well today has been a good day for me (eating wise)
Breakfast-1/2cup of Great Grains w/Half a cup of whole milk + yoplaits whipped yougurt(strawberry mist, mah fav!)
Snack-didn't have one wasn't hungry
Lunch-Italian(skool italians are small)
Snack- 1 lowfat granola bar(110CALS) and exactly one cup of whole milk (i measured for once hehe yay for me)
and my mom portions my supper very well so i dont have to worry about that how dat sound ta ya?
