LOW FAT: I was just wondering what you guys all think about low fat diets. Is 10% or 15% too low for a fat percentage of calories to eat in a day? Does low fat really work cause I hear alot about a calorie is a calorie no matter where it comes from. Also, how many calories should I eat to lose weight? Thanks to anyone who replies! I would really appreciate some comments.

O my gosh ppl!A few days ago I went to McDonalds, Don't Ever Go There in Your Life Time!! I went to there website to see how many calories I ate, I had a Big'n'Tastey (without cheese), Value Meal- The Burger Alone was 540 calories, and the regular medium Fries were 450, and instead of a regular diet coke, I got a Medium chocolate milkshake, It was 580. Talk About dieing before your 30, I suggest not going there, The total of what I thought was a smaller meal(Think If Your Ussually got supersized fries- 610 calories) The total of what I had was 1570 calories!! Outrageous!! I'm Never eating there again. According to the Nutrition Facts all the food really is, is Sodium, and Fat, Yes FAT, exactly what all of us here are trying to get rid of! I hope this Makes you think twice before you even pull into the parkinglot. Lord knows i'm never going there again. Talk to you all later bye! (p.s.- Think twice)

Hey, guys, I hope u guys are doing good, I am. I've recently started losing more weight. I'm eating around 1400 calories a day and doing a tae bo tape everyday for about 20 minutes, i also have a vigorous p.e. class 2-3 times a week. Keep up the good work!!

I hate being wide! is there any excersise for that? My doctor said I weigh what I should. But I think I am sooo wide compared to everyone else! Is there anyone here who has advice? Or maybe, probably feels the smae way?

Hey everyone! If you love food and crave it and just can't stop eating it -try eating high fiber foods instead. I know It is gross and all that it makes you well... poop, but that is great for your body! Eat high-fiber foods to feel full for a very long time. Their are plenty of great tasting foods such as Kashie Go Lean Cereal. It tastes like Smart Start Cereal, only fills you up a lot more. Always eat Veggies when you are hungry and have the proprtion of your meal Vegatables.
