ok- yesterday i was bad on my diet but great at my exersizing. i plan to only have 1000 calories today to make up for yesterday and after today go back to 1200. it's just so hectic today i don't even think i'll be going to lunch because i have to do so much for school and today's my honors chemistry final and i have so many projects due today- but i'll have a slimfast bar for lunch- don't worry. gtg to school. bye guys...

Hey everyone,I come to this site time to time looking for inspiration, and I usually find it. But the key in weight loss is not always looking for some quick fix, but for looking at a completely different outlook on life. I go to school every day with people some would call preps, buffies..etc..they're skinny, and "beautiful". But if you really think about it, what truly defines beauty? I can say that I have been overweight, but I had to accept what was me, and then want to change for myself...not because I was supposed to be skinny, but because I needed to be a healthy weight and truly feel comfortable. I noticed a remarkable change in my weight when I began to eat when I was hungry and not just because it was there or because it looked good to me. So, please don't just look for something short-term...and something that is unrealistic, because it will depress you and cause you to eat more...loosing weight with all these "quick" diets is not the key. But keep believing in yourselves, and want this for YOU and not everyone else. -Piccles

Well, tonight i rode my bike about 3/4 of a mile and did 200 crunches. I also did 50 pushups. I know this sounds a little ambitious, but I really want to lose the weight! For breakfast, i had apple juice, an apple and some cereal. For lunch, i had school pizza, an apple, milk, and a cookie (oops). For dinner i had fake mashed potatoes (you know the ones, the flakes that you add water to) corn, roast beef (two small slices) and gravy. Is this a good meal plan? I know the cookie and pizza were probably bad for me, but it was the only thing that our school dosent make from 9 day old leftovers. lol. u can reply to this if you have any suggestions about my meal plan.... I NEED HELP TO LOSE THIS EXTRA POUNDAGE!!!!! I CAN'T DO IT ALONE!!!!!!

I have 2 questions~~ 1.) how come I am always hungry bu the time school lets out while no one else seems to be and I eat the same amount of food at lunch and, 2.)how come I stay fuller longer by eating protein, but get filled up faster with fruits/veggies/carbs? (well I geuss its three questions) and how can I find the right balance to fill me up and keep me satisfied and not hungry?

My dilemma-At school, how do you eat healthy? I want to try the warrior diet, but 1.) I never eat breakfast and 2.) They have no healthy food at school. What would be a healthy lunch that you could bring from home? I really want to lose weight, for myself, not for other people. Help...lol

Ht. 5'5", Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - this site has given me so much inspiration to try n loose this weight. im 15, 5'4"-5'5" and i weigh about 220lbs. i always knew i was over weight n i wuld always think.. "well yeah when im older ill lose it all.." nd stuff like that but readin everywuns success stories has made me wanna get up nd get rid of this fat. So today when i got home i took both my dogs for a walk but i took them on my skates. nd i didnt eat alot of my dinner but thats becuz i messed up dieting today. so then i jogged in place in my basement for awhile and theres this exercise thing downstairs i used, it helps with ur legs, butt, n tummy. mostly it helps ur arms. i also used this exercise celebrities use to shape their butts lol. u put ur left foot up on a step then ur right then u put ur left down then ur right. so its a count or 1..2..3..4 nd it really works cuz u can feel ur legs tightning wihle ur doin it.... We had a snow day today! I did one of my Firm videos and my 15 minutes of pilates. I had half of a grapefruit and a bottle of water for breakfast and for lunch I had a small garden salad with low fat dressing and a piece of melba toast. I also went outside and built a snowman with my little sister and we had a snowball fight.
