Ht. 5'7", Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 86) - I love reading this site - especially anne's posts! I love the way you talk about your b/f, anne, it's obvious you really love him, and that's great! I've been struggling with my weight since I started college early last fall, and went from 115 to 160 (I'm 5'7") in a few short months, because of so much sitting, and also not eating enough (trying to not gain the "Freshman 15") slowed down my metabolism and messed me up. So anyway, then this summer I lost 15 pounds by eating mostly just fruit and taking an hour walk each day, but now I've gained it all back to 160 - argh... although I gained some muscle, and am a bit smaller than I was before I lost it the first time - so yay, lol. You eat mainly fruits and vegetables on it, and so I'm sure I'll lose some that way, then after the cleanse I'm going on the Rotation diet, and I'll keep doing the 3 week rotations until I get down to where I feel and look healthy and energetic again. I'll exercise every day for at least 1 hour.I'll weigh myself daily, and keep a journal of what and when I eat and how much I exercise, and I'll post on this board at least once a week to let ya'll know how I'm doing! OK well my name is Michelle, and i have been overweight for a while. I'm not like really really fat but i am chunky. My stomach is just there...i really want to lose weight off my stomach. another siet tip for anyone. i got this from an article a well known weight lifter wrote. to lose a couple pounds a week he said that he eats a low carb meal and then a low fat meal and then a low carb meal and alternates like that. which- if you think about it makes really great since because it'll balance out your fat and carb intake for the day. well- i'm going to keep counting my cal.s and do that for a bit. i'm also going to weigh myself today and i really really hope i'm down to 150 but i won't beat myself up if i've only lost a pounds becaise- even if it takes a long time- it's going to last. i want to be at least 140 by my boyfriends birthday(actually i want to be 130 by then but i'm taking it real slow) which is march 13 and it'll be his second birthday that we've been together. remember girs(guy too) just because and few people shoot you down for not looking like a runway model... hey, yall who are strugglin wit exercise and stuff, and yall who are too imbarrassed to exercise in public, try THE FIRM. Seriously , i mean this thing really works, it might be a little costly but it really is worth it... you get exercise, weight loss, and muscle toning, and you will have the luxury of knowing that you didnt have to hurt you body by going on n e diets, but that you helped your body get nice and fit through exercise. (plus, some times you will obtain extra skin with dieting, because you are just losing weight and not tonng your body)

Ok I had a school dance tonight and i was standing pretty much all night and i danced some but not as much because no one was there that i really wanted to dance with and all the people I would dance with had dates. GrRrRrRrRrRrRrR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well I had fun I had 2 cans of pop though:( and I had some chips before I left and I had basketball today. I feel like I am not the only one on my team who is in the sport because they like it and want to loose the extra flub around there tummies. I think this because they were talkin bout this in the locker room after practice today. So WOOHOO I am not the only one at my school.

5 pounds gone this week (not counting Sun. could not wait lol)i'm 10 pounds away from my goal! i thought i would be there by christmas but the way things are going way before then YEA for me and uh yes i did it by atkins (say what u want could care less) skinny here i come!!!!!!!! also it sounds like everyone else is doing just as good! congarts!!

I am doing basketball and we have so much practice and in the locker room after practice there was a lot of people talkin bout looseing weight and there tummy thats why there in basketball and also because they like it so im not the only one at my school. Well thought I'd tell you if you join a sport at school you may find someone else who wants to loose a little of there tub so go out there and join a sport.

Hey! I have been coming on here for a while now and this place really helps. I have lost 35 lbs since the summer started and I feel great. My waist used to be 110-115 CM but now I am 96. Its a great feeling to lose weight. And I am still losing, but you see, i went bulimic and now that I am eating again its sometimes weird. I mean I feel better then I ever did when I was bulimic,but just sometimes I feel i am eating too much. Well, I will tell you my plan and I would like it if you would write back and tell me what you think.Ok, EXERCISE: Total Body Cardio Workout 3-5 times a week, crunchs, leg raises, push-ups-every morning. EATING/FOOD: Break-fast- Ceresl or fruit, Lunch- Sandwish or salad and yogurt,water or milk, and cookie (2), Supper- What my mom cooks. so what dod you think of it?????? Please tell me, thanks.

Ht. 5'4", Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 89) - I'm a new "blubber buster". (I'm not quite sure if i like that name. Isn't it funny how we have to be politically correct about overweight people too?but thats another topic.) Anyways, i'm 5'4 and I weigh in at 155. I've been that weight for about five years. Once during that time i got down to 145 by walking an hour everyday, and only eating veggies. It worked too, because i lost it all in like two weeks. but the problem is now that i don't have and hour and a half to walk anymore, and i need protein. I was wondering if you had any suggestions. I have been "eating healthy" for a year, but no matter how many calories i drop everyday, nothing happens. I think right now i'm down to like 1000 cal a day. So any suggestions would help a ton! I posted a few days ago and I said i wanted to lose weight. Well now the reality of how much i weight and how fat and disgusting I really am has hit me. I am so depressed and upset. All i can think about is how much i want to lose weight and how i am going to do it, but those plans in my head never come to pass. They are just ideas that i never do, and because of it i get more deppressed because i think i cant do anything. I need help. I need something to follow so i can lose weight. I need rules and guidelines and everything. i cant do it on my own, i need someone to answer to, someone to tell me that i can do better and that i deserve to be skinny.
