Also...i had a protein shake for breakfast, then a scrambled egg sandwich with grapes and milk for lunch and feticini noodles, brocoli, salad, and chicken for dinner (then the cookie dough and ice cream!) it so addicting!

I am 28lbs overweight and i hate it! I have a really hard time exercising because i am so overweight. i really want some help but i don't know where do turn!

gosh..i had an ice cream bar after dinner then i was like "freak it" i had already done bad so yeah i had like 5 tbsps of cookie doughAFTER that! gosh!

OK I GAINED 4POUNDS AND THATS ALL I LOST I CANT BELIVE THIS WHY ME I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE WATER WEIGHT BECAUSE I WAS ON MY PEIORD SO I THOUGHT ALL THE WEIGHT WOULD COME OFF WICH IT DID BUT NOW ITS ALL BACK AND I CANT BELIVE IT IT TOOK ME ALL SUMMER TO LOSE 5 POUNDS AND NOW THERE BACK I NEED HELP QUICKLY I WANT TO WROKOUT I RELLY DO BUT IM SO SLEEPY WHEN I WANT TO HOW CAN I PICK UP THE PARTS AND START LOSEING WEIGHT AGIAN

I screwed up bigtime today! I can't believe it! I had a sausage bisquit for breakfast (from mcdonalds!) and for lunch I had one fourth of a cheeseburger that I was feeding the kid I babysit and a lean cuisine pizza, then I had 7 cheese puffs, 2 granola bars, some water and one fruit snacks (i think those r really bad for you!) and then for dinner I had a little bit of some kind of pork chop w/ mushroom gravy, mashed poatatoes, green beans and half an apple fritter. Then I went to the movies and had half of a king size kit kat bar (same as the regular) and some of my moms sprite. Then I just came home and had an icecream bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What am I doing to myself? I didn't know I ate that much today! It kinda puts it into perspective when you write it down!!!! r raisens supposed 2 b good 4 u? i no they count as a serving of fruit, but they hav alot of carbs and sugar, but 0 fat. also will stretch marks fade away? i hav a tip if u hav stretch marks that r red. put on som foundation (makeup) that matches ur skin tone nd the redness should b less noticable. but can u make it go away?

well..i was gonna start my diet today but i havent been able to eat anything. Maybe cuz im so stressed out about my weight and everything and when i get stressed, i cant eat. The only thing i had was a piece of bread w/butter on it. I told my mom to bring me home a salad tho when she gets off of work. I dunno what to do about diets tho cuz nothing seems to help me. I wanna lose around 45 lbs but i dunno how. The most i lost this summer was 5 lbs and that was cuz i was out in the heat for almost 2 whole days..but thats a long story...anyway, i gained the 5 lbs back. If anybody has any tips on what i can do that might help me, please let me know

Do girls bloat before or during their period? I'm feeling like a balloon today, and it's the first day of the cycle. My friends say they bloat BEFORE, but I'm hoping that we bloat DURING. ~~MissyK~~

WEll guys..You know how I was 128.5 yesterday morning..well I gained a whole pound yesterday..I'm 129.5 this morning..I ate so so so so much yesterday. I was like OMG what am I doing. But I'm just going to take that as one day. Today I'm starting all over and going back to what I was doing. I guess everyone has their slip up days. Plus 129.5 is considered really good for me anyway..I mean It's below 130. I was expecting it to say 131 or 132 so I'm happy. But man did I screw up yesterday. I'm going to move on though and act like it never happened 129.5 is great...considering I was 147. I have a question everyone..my goal weight when I started at 147 was to be 112-117...do you think my goal weight could be like 115-120? Do you think that will still be to fat for me since I'm only 5'1". I want to like like a normal sized girl. Like hot and stuff...lol don't worry ...for nobody but myself but I just hope that at that weight I can feel good enough to stay there..what do you guys think? 112-117 or 115-120 ? Thanks so much everyone.

ugh i just ate dinner nd i totally messed up for the day.i just couldnt stop eating. this is what i 8 2day: 3 snickers bar (i kno im a loser :( ), 3 servings of raisens, 3 twin pops, bbq ribs, ramen noodles, and 1/2 of a slim fast bar. i cant blive i messed up big time!

This is the first day of my holiday at home(I went on a trip with the school to Germany) and I have decided to look at myself really closely and think...do I like the way I am? The answer to that question is...no, it's not only to do with the overweight thing, though that has somthing to do with it....it's my attitude towards life, I just live each day as it goes on, I don't care about work, I care about boys and computer games. Of coarce I will still care about boys, i've got mark to think about, (he's my boyfriend) but he will not be all I think about(that doesn't mean I don't love him) I will think about work more and take more care of my apperence(weight and stuff you know) and then I will go back to school with my head held high, not too high that I trip though. Any suggestions on how I can improove myself

Hey Guys! Well all this week I have been really good on my diet and exercise. I have even eaten different dinners than my family because they are to fatening. I will be going to work-out in about a half an hour. I really wanna lose atleast 10 more pounds by Aug. 30. That is when school starts. Good Luck Everyone
