Hey everyone! I posted a message a few minutes ago, but I'm posting another one to sorta go in more detail. This summer, I am going with my family on vacation to the beach/ocean. It will probably be somewhere around mid to late June. I want to look good in a bathing suit without being self consious. My goal is to loose 20-25 lbs.I have decided to completly lay off the junk food, and soda. I am going to drink milk, WATER, and juices. I plan to eat fruits, and things like boiled eggs, and alot of salad. My P.E. class is fixing to start, so i will have one hour of physical fitness a day. Plus, when I get home I plan to jump on my trampoline 500 jumps, rollerblade, jump rope, etc. I love to play basketball and softball, so that will also be good exercise. I will also do stretches and pilates videos.Please help me with any suggestions because this is extremely important to me. I NEED your help and suggestions. Do you think I can make my goal of 20-25 lbs by June? Keep in mind that I am an active person. PLZ HELP ME!!!!!-Kitty_Kat

Hi, I'm Matt, 14 on Sunday 13th March, and, over the past few years since my parents divorce, and with intense bulling in school, I have piled on weight gradually. I currently weigh in at 15stone 3lbs.I have started to take action today, with the aid of my friends, "A Diet Diary" where I write my thoughts and food intake, oh and of course, a pocket sized book that shows ALL FOOd and calorie levels.I'm eating a calorie controled diet, where I vow not to eat over 600kcals a day, and today, after several apples and water, I have little to no hunger!Is this it? Am I losing weight?Hmmm... I wonder. Can't wait to weigh.But at 12am last night, had mad 200kcal binge on milk. Eeek. But, have around 100 calorie points left for today. Only a few more hours.I hate exercise. But I think I could get into it easy enough.Help me, pleaseThanksMatt  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

if you are on 1,200 calorie diet and you burn 400 of them is it bad if you dont eat them back or is it good.

Hello everyone! My name's Sam, and I am overweight. There, I said it. I'm sort of tall.. but thats not excuse for the amount of weight that I've put on. I would really like to lose some this summer and try to play tennis in the fall for school, but I dont want everyone just looking at me like some blob, thinking I cant play! I've looked around and I've seen some stuff that other people have said, and I just think to myself that its nice to know that I'm not the only one out there, even though it seems like I am. Right now I weigh 250+, so here's my pledge to quit the extra eating and shed some pounds! Need to look nice for my senior year!

no offense, kriti- but if you insist on eating less then 1200 calories on a daily basis and you know that you are- could you stop posting it because you're setting a horrible example for others. and stop asking if you had a good day because nowhere is starving(yes- starving because that's what your body does when you constantly eat under that many calories!)acceptable and seen as healthy. just please stop posting it because i and many others tell you the truth and just because you don't like it doesn't mean we're wrong...

hey im 5"6.5 and weigh 200 pounds!!!! i gained 20 since december i gained 10 form holidays then i broke my shoulder a month and a half ago and i have been doing nothing and i gained another 10!!!! PLZ HELP ME i wanna get down to 160 buy summer around august or september or even down to 170-175 i just wanna be at least 160 by november. plz help me with my eating plans and exercise plans!!! hey ever1! i want to loose 20-25 lbs as fast as possible. i have dropped all junk foods, and soda. i will just drink milk, water, and juices. i want to look good by june(vacation time!) can N E 1 help me plz!!!!!!!! my pe class is starting, so that is one hour a day of straight physical fitness, plus everynight i will do 100 sit ups/cruches, jump 500 times on trampoline, and walk some on warmer days. do you think i can make it by june? plz help me!!!!!-Kitty_Kat

I AM SOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY. sry for the caps!lol Well, i am totally happy because i weighed myself today, i and now i weigh 199!!!! yah!! i used to weigh 215. I AM IN THE 100'S. i really can't wait to lose 14 more pounds to get to 185. My long term goal is to get to 145 4 now. THen if i want to lose more, i will try. THANKZ 4 ALL OF UR ADVICE!!!! ok, so yesterday i was kinda depressed bout not having lost any weight yet, so i did the whole "you need to get yourself together" talk with myself. And i knew i didnt to start super exercising, so i did something i have never done before, instead of starting tomorrow, i started today! all of this being yesterday, and i went jogging with my friend. It was soooo hell-ish, for a whole hour, my first time ever. But it was good, i feel good today! Awesome. Ok, quick- whats the exercise rule? Is it like 1/2 hour 5 times a week, or what? cuz i got bball twice a week for 1.5h, and jogging twice a week also for an hour, and i can swim once too for however long i want. Good?

Hi guys, My mom and i are tring to lose weight, so one of the main things that we are doing, of course is eating healthier. The only problem is...she keeps making UNhealthy food for dinner. Foods like pasta, steak cooked in ALOT of butter, and getting pizza instead of cooking. Should I tell her to start making different meals or should I just have smaller servings???? OR should I just make a different dinner for myself??? please help.

whoa i was reading back a little bit and someone said they lost 55 pounds in lile 3 months! i have been dieting for like three years and i excersise like everyday, and i dont really weigh myself but i havvent lost any weight what so ever, im 13 and i weigh like 165 and i really want to weigh like 125. today in class we had to talk about body image, and when my teacher mentioned people who arer over weight everyone turned their heads and looked directly at me. it was so embarresing.

Hi guys! A little about me: Before I met my boyfriend, I lost about 15lbs ! I continued to lose weight while going out with him, but once he broke up with me, I gained 10lbs within a month. Now, every night, I still binge and cry...and I can't stop. I"m determined to make some lifestyle changes, though...but I'm in need of support. I wish to only lose the 10lbs, but I feel so hopeless. I've tried to diet many times, only to binge again. I feel so empty and unwanted all the time. I've looked around the site, and I think you guys are absolutely wonderful for helping eachother out! HOpe i can be part of this too. So how much have you guys lost so far, and what are your winning tips? When I lost weight in the past, I drank LOTS of water...thats my best advice!

Hi guys, I am 5ft 2in and weight 140lbs, I know... alot of you are most likly thinking that is nothing, but in two weeks a gained 5lbs, and i was shoked!!! You see on summer all i did was ride my bike and i got rid of alot of weight. i went from 145-150 down to 130 and i was really proud of myself then I gained all the wait back once i went back to school. dose any one have any tipes on losing the weight and keeping it off???
